The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and accommodative. Gave us a room with a better view, moved our language when we were away, Every request of ours was met and resolved quickly!

Unfortunately, the breakfast is horrible! The variety is very limited and whatever is served is always cold ! Eggs are cold. The hot plates in which the dishes are served are not utilised properly and therefore the food was always cold or lukewarm. After saying this about breakfast, the other food at the restaurant was excellent and tasty with friendly staff. But breakfast definitely needs major improvement.

The hotel is a boutique hotel, small and compact - only 5 floors. Located a 10-minute drive from Terminal 21 and close to the sea. The cleaning services at the hotel are excellent. The staff is just fine - some clerks are less welcoming and some are more helpful. Overall, the value for money is fair. The pool is relatively large and clean. Outside the hotel there is a 7/11 store and local markets. We took a family suite, the rooms are large and enough for a family.

There is no bar or buffet service at the pool. Everything is ordered from outside. There is only a towel bar. Breakfast - less recommended. It is better to buy outside.

My family and I love this hotel. 🥰🤩😊 The swimming pool and towels are clean. 🏊‍♀️🧼🧽 The pool area has shaded trees. 🌳🌴🌲 It's cool and comfortable because we don't have to sit in the sun too much. 😎😌☀️ The hotel is very peaceful, not far from the hidden beaches of northern Pattaya. 🏖️🏝️😌 The room is beautifully spacious. 🛌✨😍 We have everything we need. 💯👍😊 I like the view from the bedroom and the spacious balcony. 🏞️🌇😍 The bed is comfortable. 🛏️😴😊 Another great thing is the hotel staff are very friendly. 🤗😊🤝 The cleaning staff clean very well. 🧽🧹✨ Everyone is humble and cheerful. 😊😇😄 My family and I will definitely stay here again. 🥰🤩😊 I hope the hotel and all staff will continue to enhance their customer hospitality . 🏨🌟🤝

nice looking property but the location could be better

Fruits at breakfast finish every hour and staff is not bothered to fill unless asked. I stayed for 3 nights and faced this issue .

I loved this hotel, really nice, large clean rooms and friendly staff. Special shout out to Ying on reception, she was so helpful and friendly. Great pool and everything you need in the local area. You can walk to the beach in under 10 minutes. A 5 minute walk in the other direction takes you to the main road where you can catch a Songthaew and get into the centre of town for 10 baht. There’s a 7 Eleven right across the road plus restaurants, laundromats, massage shops and other shops all within a minutes walk.

Spacious room, great pool, and most importantly, amazing staff that made the stay truly enjoyable. Their warm and welcoming service set this hotel apart. Location is great not too far from everything. Highly recommend!

There was nothing I didn’t like about my stay! If I had to mention anything, some furnishings show a bit of wear and tear, but that’s expected and didn’t affect my experience. One small upgrade that could enhance future stays would be replacing the TV with a smart TV for more entertainment options. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I’d happily return!

It’s very modern, elegant and clean. The suite is very large, a very comfortable living space for two people on an extended stay. The hotel leaves you complimentary bottled water daily with room service. The balcony was big and very nice to watch the sunrise and overlooked the pool waterfall as well. The bathroom was very big with a great rain shower. Overall this was a very chill and pleasant place to stay close to the centre of Pattaya but away enough for it to be quiet at night. Breakfast was a buffet in the attached restaurant and available every day 6-10 AM. It was a wide range of continental to American and local cuisine and was good value for money included with the hotel room. I cannot fault the stay and would definitely book it again if returning to Pattaya.

The service from the reception, the staff was very friendly and the location was good, there is a resturant on site and 7/11 just down the road, the pool was beautiful, the bed was comfortable. The location was good

The breakfast was average, they took our gowns from the room the first day of cleaning and never brought them back, the shower head was too small, early checkout was a hustle , there was no one at the reception and we had to go back to the room to make a call, that wasted a bit of our time

The pool is very nice and has some pool toys, the rooms are spacious & clean, breakfast is good and have varieties. There was a fish pool our kid loved to sit and watch the fish. Our room view in the first floor was magnificent tropical view. Most of staff were smiley and friendly.

Although the view was perfect from the first floor, at night you can hear insects and gecko sounds, so if you don’t like that just ask for a higher floor. I went back to my room and found one of the housekeeping using my deodorant :( which was really a bad incident, they apologized and send us apples, (but it really upset me)

Modern, spacious rooms with a very nice pool area.

The is not a hotel bar to sit, relax and socialise at night. Plus ALL the bathroom doors in ALL the rooms bangs very loudly. This is particularly bad between 7.30an and 9.30am. The hotel desperately needs to install door closers and softeners. I stay in hotels 3 nights a week all over the world and have never experienced anything like this.
