Location a bit away from the centre of the toursist places at Wongamat. That is a good part.

They do some renovation work now which means they are willing to improve. Nice and quiet place with reasonable living conditions for the price. They just built a little cute copy of the beach in there. No gym and no pool but their area doesn't allow it. Staff very polite and helpful. As per room - one thing which could be done to refresh this place is simply re-painting walls in white. That will cover old dirty paint. Cheap and simple and the place will look like a brand new one. It is in fact clean but due to the old paint gives impression of being dirty.

A very nice and lovely hotel, very friendly staff, a very spacious and comfortable room, 7/11 and a lot of coffee shops, bars, restaurants close to the hotel. You can use the pool for free at the hotel nearby. I would definitely come back.

The hotel is right next to the school, so it was quite noisy in the morning.

There is no breakfast but the Bungalow was such good value & I liked the location & privacy it really did not matter. It was much more personable than a hotel & I really think I found a gem in the northern beach area of Pattaya.

Nothing perfect for my needs as I was not on holiday & it is very close to a main holiday area yet perfectly quiet.

Great value. The bed was very comfortable.

The location was pretty far from the city centre, if you don't mind taking a 10 minute moped-taxi ride it's no problem.

Nice location, privacy, quite at night. In the morning it is loud because of school but it does not bother much. There are restaurant, coffee place and shop just round the corner. Comes with your personal parking space right next to your room. Quite big site with a terrace. Highly recommended

- Privacy. - Nice terrace. - Enough space. - Only short walk from the main road where you can catch frequent transport to the centre.

- Very hard mattresses. - Bit of noise from the street (but I was in the cottage closest to the road). - Noise from the fridge. Would have been better if the fridge was inside some furniture or maybe moved to the antechambre. - Wifi was not accepting the password provided by the staff. When we complained they insisted it is the right one. We gave up and just set up our phone as a hotspot.

The location was good, and the environment was clean and fresh. This hermitage felt like a garden with many flowering trees. It was very peaceful and cool. They cleaned the room every day.

Overall, everything was fine, but there were a few things I didn’t like: 1. I had to buy toothbrushes and toothpaste. When I asked them about it, they replied, "Not available, sorry." 2. The garden felt very lonely; maybe only 2 or 3 other people stayed with us.
