The staff was welcoming, very helpful and lovely from the first time I have arrived, so I they made me feel like home. The room was spacious, sunny, clean and on the top floor with a nice view. There are a lot of coffees, supermarkets and restaurants on this area so easy to grab food. And the pool was also a big plus...it was always quite and clean. So I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when I'm back to Pattaya.

The managers and staff here go out of their way to be friendly and helpful, especially as I was a solo traveller. The rooms are clean and really nice. Bed was very comfy. Pool area is also great. There is a little library of second hand books in reception, which was a nice touch. As I was here during off-season, there were some minor renovations happening (which were communicated clearly when I was there). Would book directly next time for this accommodation.

Location conveniently close to my event, friendly staff, clean rooms. Have stayed here, and will come back. Can recommend the place hands down.

Our room was right in front of the pool. To add insult to injury you can't access the pool directly because there is a security girder, while any pool guest can stare right into the room, so curtains need to be kept shut. That's certainly only the issue with first floor rooms, but that didn't help the experience.

I can’t fault the place, staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything was immaculate. In a lovely quiet area, but not far from bars and shops, just a short walk to the main road and a short walk the other way to the beach. Will definitely stay there again.

Room clean and furniture neat and simple but elegant. Comfortable bed. The pillow was too high for me but when I asked for lower ones, they changed one for me. Only 5~7minutes walk from the main street where you can take baht buses.

Safety box is out of order. The staff explained about this to me when check-in and I didn't mind so it is no problem for me. I got a room with nice view.
