It’s literally like you’re in the rainforest! So just make sure you close the door to the toilet and the door to the tub to make sure air stays in the room and the bugs stay out! There is nothing I can complain about, it was a perfect stay! 7/11 on each corner of the street. Bring mosquitoes spraying! Bring your own rag because it’s Asia in general. I’m very happy they left a net to clean the pool because I wouldn’t have used it if they didn’t! I can’t wait to book here for a future relaxing vacation. Even the room service was fast and cheap! You can order a floating breakfast or lunch for your pool around $16! Breakfast is okay unless it’s out get the mama noodles for breakfast. You can smoke outside and go skinny dipping. YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE!

Bath towels are your pool towels. No lights in pool for night time swim.

The pool is great and clean, most enjoyable and private. Pool cleaning also performed well by the staff. The Breakfast is simple but fine with us as we're not much into Breakfast. Regretfully I have no chance to try Indian recipes as not well with bad stomach symptoms on Sunday. Will try next time. The room is big and the air-con works properly. Hot showers, Bath and water pipes are superior, it's super hot....be careful hahaha. A soundproofing room is acceptable as we're checked at the front villa and when the door of the bedroom is closed, there's very little noise from outside.

TV is a bit small hahaha but it's ok. We didn't watch your cable TV but instead we have our android box which is more convenient. Wifi is not really stable but workable.q

The villa is neat and clean, well organized and maintained. The most attractive thing is the private pool. Size is perfect for a couple but needs a water heating system over there. All required items are almost available in the room. Will suggest keeping a beach bag, umbrella and beach towel. Rooms are spacious but I think tv is required. There is a smart female receptionist at the lobby. She is very very helpful. I was facing difficulties to purchase a bus ticket. She helped me a number of times. I will definitely thank her.

The bamboo fencing around the villa has some privacy issues. It is visible from outside. The door central lock system creates difficulties when two borders leave in two different times.

There was plenty of space, near shopping mall and restaurants. It was nice and quiet. The price was good

Floor a little slippery. TV a lil too small for the watching distance.

NO TELEPHONE TO RECEPTION , MISSED FLIGHT BACK HOME DUE TO ME NOT GETTING TO GRIPS WITH 24 HOUR CLOCK ! MAYBE I SHOULD HAVE TOLD RECEPTION TO GIVE ME A WAKE UP CALL RINGING THE ENTRANCE BELL ?DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE !

7 min walk to beach, Restaurant has Indian food along with Thai food. Private Pool was clean. Rooms were great. Staff was polite. Rooms and pictures are just the way it shows up in the pictures on the site, Aircon and bathrooms are great. Peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of Jomtien beach

Language is a barrier and housekeeping staff does not speak too much English. Manager helps communicate so there is a solution.

Great villa with a large comfortable bed, good aircon and fan options to keep room at temperature i wanted. Great powerful wet room shower also with bath. Pool was perfect for a daily swim. Quiet location for villa itself, but with some lively bars and plenty of restaurants to choose from close by. About 30 min walk into Central Pattaya, when i didn't fancy the walk, plenty of bolt cars available to get in easily.

Peace and serenity. Room is decent and private pool makes it a nice morning wake up call. Staff are courteous and helpful. Price was great for the stay as it had a private pool in the villa. You are walking distance to one of the nicest malls - Terminal 21 (5 mins). Beach is not far as well if you wanted to walk. Breakfast tray in the pool was amazing and super generous portions.

Pool water had some problem, are hair (both blonde) turned blue. We told that to the stuff, but eventually during our stay nothing happened and we didn‘t use the pool anymore. (We stayed 5 days)

All of the staffs and boss are super kindly and warm. I really want to stay 2 more days with them. The 2 reception ladies are sweet and the electric technician from Burma is nice, they always smile to everyone. The Indian boss and wife are helpful too. They help me buy a birthday cake and drinks for my hubby without service charge, (charge only cake price) The last day, they cook DimSum special for us as I come from HKG, I guess. The restaurant staff are super helpful, they knew my taxi to airport is arrived, they can cook & serve lunch quickly ! The Indian food you MUST try, delicious! All of them are providing 5stars services!

Even though the Villa a bit old, it is tidy, comfortable and convenient.
