I recently stayed at Prima Hotel Pattaya and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is located in a calm and serene area, just a short walk from the beach, which makes it a great spot for relaxation. However, it is a bit farther from the city centre compared to hotels near Walking Street and Pattaya Beachside, though not too far to be inconvenient. The surrounding area has a decent selection of restaurants and bars, but the options are limited compared to the bustling nightlife and dining choices available near Walking Street. That said, the available options are reasonably priced and still offer a good experience. The staff at Prima Hotel are friendly and accommodating, which added to the positive experience. The hotel is well-maintained and very clean, creating a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a quieter area away from the busy streets but still want access to restaurants and bars, Prima Hotel Pattaya is a great choice.

While our stay at Prima Hotel Pattaya was mostly pleasant, there were a few inconveniences. One of the main issues we faced was the lack of suitable charging ports for 3-pin adapters, as the hotel only provides 2-hole charging sockets. This can be a hassle if you’re not prepared, so make sure to bring a compatible power adapter. That said, the hotel staff were very helpful and provided us with a suitable charging adapter, which was a thoughtful gesture and resolved the issue for us.

Location is great, room was spacious. Swimming pool 1.4m. Overall it was good.

The main issue was soundproofing, the absence of it. We could hear people talking in the nearby rooms. Another nuisance was about the shower door, you can only close either shower or toilet, but not both at the same time. We'd have preferred to have a separate bathroom instead of all that. Also breakfast was kind of overpriced.

We liked this hotell, no far from the beach, a lot of restaurants caffe and nightlife around , the swimming pool is excellent. Variety of breakfast options are also great. Thanks staff for cleaning and every day dry towels. Highly recommended.

We liked everything

It is very close to the Wong Amat Beach, also with water pool just outside the room in Zone 3. The room and pool looks very beautiful.

It smelled like a sewer in the shower booth. No evevator or ramp to the room facing the pool in Zone 3.

Loved the service and the facilities! Hotel was well equipped in term of amenities; towels were available to be borrowed for the nearby beach, which felt quite private compared to nearby beaches. Comfortable and clean bedroom and bathroom. There was also a welcome drink voucher for Salmon Room, but we didn’t get to utilise it

- It was a shame the Serene pool area was being worked on, so was not accessible - Bathroom shares one sliding door for the shower cubicle and the toilet, with no door from the bathroom to main bedroom area. This may make some people uncomfortable

Nice specious room. The room was clean.

Very noisy aircondition. The swimming pool is not deep for swimming.

I love how family friendly this property is. My kids loved the fun pool zone. The room was alright and the breakfast had many options. Very close to the beach. It took us less than 10 minutes to get to the beach.

We asked for extra pillows but we were told they don't give extra pillows.

Charged well over true cost as booked through Booking .com . Breakfast very poor, as a result of complaining this was partially compensated by having breakfast following day in alternative restaurant. With respect to this the staff were excellent.

Nice , Clean and new facilities

Beside it's another hotel where they are opened the music too loud.

There are two types of rooms. Rooms directly facing the pools are very nice and clean. Rooms in the man facility very very bad and old.

The lobby has no AC which is not comfortable. Also the rooms in the main building very old.
