The room was large with a usuable desk. The safe in the room was large enough to handle 2 laptops. There was a nice view from the balcony ( 7th floor ) and the area wasn't noisy at all. The staff was really helpful on all occasion ( helping me to find a laundry shop or how to go to Terminal 21, lending me an umbrella when it was raining... ). The location is perfect : you can walk to the beach, the TukTuk route is at the corner of the street, there are plenty of good affordable dinning option around.

Rooftop terrace with pool lovely, fabulous views. Plenty of towels for pool available. Close to the beach. Spacious and clean rooms, quietness of area. The evening bar manager is super helpful and very efficient. Overall lovely hotel, variety of breakfast options great. Definitely recommend staying here.

The availability of sun beds and the necessity to replace the ones which are there.. No safe in my room. I requested 3 bed rooms with double beds and 1 with two single beds when booking. However, all rooms had single beds. It's not a big issue, but just to be sure to double check with reception when checking in.

Nice staff and very helpful. They always come up with an option for our requirements. Helped me to book a air port pickup, help us to do a quick change over even after we chk-out ect..... Breakfast is good and fulfilling. Pad thai with chicken was great and kids loved the omelet which they made for them. Design of the hotel is beautiful and i think if they can upgrade the lobby area, then it can be categorized as a designers boutique hotel. Ground floor bathroom was the most elegant place as per my view

there is nothing to cmmt about dislike. It would have been nice it the location was near to beach but it was not bad at all. Of entrance can be create more elegant, i think people will love it. Lobby and Entrance can be improved. its not bad it I rating for that is 7/10 where i can rate others as 9/10

Nice carpark under the hotel, liked he view from the roof top pool bar. Room was good value for money. Attentive staff were very friendly and helpful. My heavily pregnant wife needed a wheelchair, the hotel happily provided one which was good. 👍

I think connecting block A to block B together by bridge would be more convenient than going up and down elevators 😆

All the Staff helpful Friendly polite ,The Breakfast Staff are also very nice and always interested in the Customers and want you to enjoy the food which is very good .The Cleaners and Bell Boys are friendly and helpful too.The Swimming pool is good too.

Needs some updating in the hallways ,carpets.

Everything was amazing. Spacious rooms with a lovely view. The staff was some of the most friendly I’ve ever meet. The hotel itself is so beautiful with a lovely rooftop pool. It’s close to everything in walking distance from the beach, Central mall, Terminal 21, street food, amazing restaurants, walking street, elephant sanctuary etc.

I liked the friendly staff at the reception, the pool is very good with clean water, the breakfast was very good.

The place has a fantastic balcony but it's not furnished just a chair.

Great hotel, clean with very friendly staff, excellent shower with comfortable bed.

Bar not far from hotel that stays open late a few times a week, can be noisy until about 1 am.

The room is very clean, the pool is good, the roof top has a rest area, there is parking in the hotel and outside. The staff is friendly.

I think the gym area is not OK, there is no air conditioning, but I'm not sure if there is no air conditioning, will the air there be OK?

You can actually walk all the way to the main Pattaya area. There's a great hotpot restaurant close by, it's quiet/off the main street, plenty of parking, and you can also walk to the beach. I actually liked that they give you two blankets instead of one huge one to share/

I think the bed could be more comfortable.
