I recently stayed at Grande Centre Point Space, and it was an excellent option for families with kids of all ages. The hotel offers a range of activities and amenities specifically designed for children and Teens ensuring they have a fun and enjoyable stay. I didn’t see my kids all day which allowed me time to go to the spa. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern amenities and comfortable accommodations. However, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service and understanding shown by the staff during a stressful situation. My daughter, who has eczema, experienced a severe flare-up, and we needed to return to Bangkok urgently to see her doctor. Despite the last minute change in our plans, the hotel manager was incredibly accommodating. She accepted our early departure and provided a refund for the days we didn't stay, showing genuine empathy and concern for our situation. I would like to thank their Manager “Chalermwan Oramai -Grape” she constantly kept of checking on my daughter’s situation showing her genuine care and concern. Their flexibility and kindness made a difficult time much easier for our family. I am deeply grateful for their support and highly recommend Grande Centre Point Space for their outstanding service, customer care, and family-friendly environment.

I liked the balcony, the bathroom with big shower and bath tube, the LED lights in the room and rooftop, the overall design, the big variety of the breakfast, pool on top

the fitness area is somehow poor (lots of ergometers and running machines, too little muscle machines and free weights), the queueing for breakfast is not appropriate for the price of stay and the category of hotel (the first hotel I had to queue for breakfast), just one big room with the atmosphere and noise level of a train station (should be separated into more rooms), details like omlets or scrambled eggs could be offered already prepared and kept warm to avoid additional queueing

I had a truly wonderful experience at your hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, reflecting the genuine hospitality for which Thailand is known. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was exceptional, and the overall comfort made our stay very relaxing. The location was convenient, and the value for money was excellent, especially considering the high standard of services and amenities provided. A special heartfelt thank you to all the staff for their genuine concern and care during my son's unexpected medical situation. Your kindness and support made a difficult moment much easier for our family. One detail I truly appreciated was the presence of an electronic bidet (شطاف) in the bathroom — a thoughtful touch that added to the comfort and convenience of the stay. We look forward to staying with you again on our next visit to Pattaya.

The breakfast buffet could be more appealing and diverse for Muslim guests who prefer to avoid pork products. Adding more halal-friendly options would enhance the experience.

An Exceptional Stay – Truly a 10/10! Our recent stay at Grande Centre Point space Pattaya was absolutely exceptional, easily deserving a perfect 10-star rating. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the super comfortable and well-appointed room, everything in the room is very high standard and the bed is super comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire visit, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The food and facilities were simply amazing, offering a fantastic variety and top-notch quality that exceeded our expectations. The hotel's excellent location was another huge plus, being conveniently close to both the mall and the beach. We did have a small incident where our toddler son had a minor injury while playing in the kids' club. However, the staff's response was nothing short of incredible. They were super attentive, immediately provided first aid on the spot, and did everything possible to ensure he was alright. Their professionalism and care truly stood out during a moment of concern. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough and eagerly anticipate our next visit!

I stayed at The Grand Centre Space Point Pattaya and absolutely loved the ambiance of the hotel. The atmosphere was calm, elegant, and thoughtfully designed—it truly felt like a blend of comfort and class. Every corner of the hotel had a unique charm that made my stay more peaceful and memorable.

Great staff, clean, like really clean everywhere. Good breakfast, fast and effficient staff , seating was quickly provided despite some busy mornings. Pool was fun, lazy river was surprisingly long. One of the lifeguards making balloon animals whilst standing watch over the smallest kids was a nice touch. Wave pool also good. Pool area had a very safe atmos without the safe part being intrusive on the kids fun.

Had to think long about this and there wasnt a single thing, except that the pinball machines in the games room need some.maintanance. :)

A girl who sold nugget and french fries should have more executive function of her brain. I had known before that it took about 10 minutes to wait for the food. After I gave her banknote, she informed me to wait for change and would manage the food for the former customers first in which it took about a few minutes and kept me standing and waiting for the change. It would be much easier to give me change first and then she did things on the food. I might be Thai , not the special guest from middle east???

Everything was fine. Best were: - the very comfortable bed - the concept for the kids (incl. waterpark)

Maybe my expectations were just too high. We have stayed in another 5-star hotel in Bangkok (Okura Prestige) before coming to Space Hotel and the very high standard there cannot be reached by Space Hotel. Also, the room size is not correct. When you book, it shows 45 sqm. Well, because we are used to big hotel rooms, I immediately doubted that. So I measured the room and it’s 35 sqm. You have a width of less than 4m and a length of around 7-8m. Even including the small balcony that’s no way 45 sqm. It was still big enough for us with a little kid, but if we knew it in advance, we might have booked a bigger room.

This place was amazing, great family fun mostly in the pool area, the kids club was nice but better if you have a bit older children, the space theme is unique and the kids enjoyed it and breakfast buffet was great with alot of options. The two main issues I had were no bar with alcohol (easily solved with tops daily outside, but was hoping rooftop experience would provide that). The smaller kids club could be with more physical stuff like slides if had room for it :), Also, I suppose they count on them getting tired at pool, which they did.
