Quiet location yet right next to the gym. Plenty of space inside and outside with own lovely garden with seating. Lots of good local restaurants and opposite huge shopping centre. Wifi and a/c was great.

The kitchen needed more equipment than the one thin bottomed pot but staff kindly lent us a sharp knife and we bought a few essentials like utensils. No curtains at the kitchen window meant you could look straight through into the opposite house!

The location is perfect for access to Fairtex for training. We like this part of town too as a little quieter and opposite Terminal 21. Nice restaurants to walk to or easy songtaew ride. The staff were very good responding to any issues (eg, our door lock broke and was changed immediately when we reported it).

The bed is hard! Our mattress had a dip in it which made it uncomfortable. The cleaning was usually very good but was poor towards the end of our stay for some reason. There is no curtain at the kitchen window which wasn’t a problem until someone occupied the house opposite and we looked straight into each others kitchen/lounge area. It’s great to have access to the gym and pool at Fairtex included but the cleaning standard there is not high. Particularly the pool with poor water quality, few sunbeds with some broken, and the toilet facilities neglected with bins dirty and not emptied all week.

The house was really clean, nice furniture, water pressure was ok, AC as well. Spacious, with clieaninf everyday. Next to the Fairtex training center, which was the purpose of our trip. Do not hesitate. All the staff (reception, cleaning lady, handyman, Fairtex training center reception and maids) was really welcoming and professional. Terminal 21 is at 3min walk. Beach at 15min walk.

Convenient to why I was there

The bed was just a box spring with a 1 inch mattress pad. Very uncomfortable, we went and bought a thicker mattress pad.

This was a perfect place for us to be based for training at fairtex training centre The staff could not be more nice. So friendly and we definitely would come back

The rooms were very bare and with bare minimum facilities however this suited us for the reason we were there. To train

location is great, a massive shopping center across the road and a another up the road less than 10 min walk. Your close to a bit of nightlife but far enough for it not to bother you, hence good for couples. There is a selection of activities from fighting to cooking. A large pool and gym included. Wifi is a bit wify, but really helpful local Thai residence to assist if things are not working as they should. I arrived late as I had interconnecting problems, but staff accommodated me and my situation, hence not feeling like just another tourist to try and extract stupid excess Bhat. If I am in the area again, I will use this accommodation without hesitation the room is clean and a good size. Overall, this is a great stop place to find your bearings and decide on which place to go next. Also get a chance to walk around the complex there is some unusual finds. I found a couple of barn owls whilst doing a few lengths in the pool.

Nothing really, there is menu to add things to your room if required, I thought I was going to be cold in a thin blanket but was fine, although I had the option to request further bedding ETC at a price. I'm great at picking faults but the only thing concerning was when I fell onto the balcony and thought it the rail might give way, but I guess just paranoia was setting in as it remained intact. I was alone but brought enough clothes for two. I used the full wardrobe and did notice some dirt on in one side of the wardrobe but seriously no concern just a little wipe and all is good and that really was the worst of it and I won't give it a negative review at this price after all this isn't 4 in a bed. I hope this can help you.

It was a nice quiet place, good pool for swimming.

No proper courtins in the kitchen. Bed had sharp edges to hit your legs.

All the staff treated us like a family.
