Location was perfect, being attached to a big shopping mall. Walking distance to beach and nearby bars. Bhat buses regularly going past to hail a ride on. Hotel Staff are top notch and special mention to the guys at the concierge desk and luggage storage area. They were great helping me with my Grab taxi rides and talking to the driver in Thai with instructions. Breakfast was tasty with lots of variety and view from the restaurant was exceptional. Room was decently sized and comfortable. Nice hot shower too.

A dimmer switch on the little star lights on the bedroom ceiling. The stars were a little too bright to sleep under and had to turn them off. A shame really. Also a large Indian family staying in multiple rooms on my floor always seemed to hold loud meetings in the hallways with a kid running around making a ruckus at late hours! Not really the hotel's fault, but wished the sound proofing was better.

Property was so clean and well managed! Staff were all very friendly and professional!

The outdoor karaoke night was highly disruptive. I was attempting to relax on the balcony, enjoying the evening and potentially some music, but was abruptly subjected to loud and off-key singing by amateur vocalists. Employing professional singers or a DJ would have been a preferable alternative. The unpleasant experience persisted until 11:00-11:30 PM.

The service in the breakfast room was exceptional good! I will highlight the team administrator Mona. She had remarkable skills in understanding needs, and meeting them. She followed up - even in her off days - by informing coworkers before leaving. It was obvious that ALL members in breakfast facility had joint focus - which also reflected in their own friendly, warm and professional interaction between themselves.It was a fine experience. Air condiondfition was too cold at breakfast. The gym had not very good work out equipment. They seemed to be picked by someone who has limited experience. few variations - For example the leg extension work out is directly painful due to unimpropriate design.

We LOVED the breakfast on the 32nd floor, it was MUCH less crowded and crazy than the main dining area breakfast. The water park/pool area was a big hit with our son. We liked knowing the snacks and soda in our room were free. We enjoyed the hotel being connected to Terminal 21 mall. The location was good for us to explore Pattaya. All the staff we encountered were excellent. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. One more thing…may not be important but the automated toilet in the room was nice.

The margarita pizza we ordered from room service menu was very bland and lacked any flavor. Otherwise no complaints.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Grande Centre Point Pattaya. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the elegant design of the hotel, the warm hospitality of the staff, and the overall attention to detail. The fitness center and spa were also well-equipped and beautifully maintained. There are also several activities and areas for families to enjoy, making it a great choice for travelers with children. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Pattaya with direct access to Terminal 21 shopping mall and just minutes from the beach and other attractions. Very convenient! The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, both local and international, with excellent service from the restaurant staff. In short, Grande Centre Point Pattaya exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pattaya.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of tasty options, both Thai and international. However, the dining area could get quite crowded during peak hours, which made the atmosphere a bit hectic at times. One small issue I noticed was that the air conditioning in the room was slightly noisy, especially at night. It didn’t ruin the stay by any means, but a quieter system would make the experience even more comfortable.

Truly a wonderful & comfortable place to stay and enjoy a memorable vacation in Pattaya. The room where I was staying had an amazing view from the balcony. It had all the amenities which are required for a perfect stay. Experienced a 5 star luxury specially the pool side & the roof top restaurant area was amazing. Another added advantage was the Terminal 21 shopping mall which could be accessed straight from inside the hotel. The staffs were very courteous and friendly. I shall surely select this hotel during any of my future trips to Pattaya.

Well, what can I say about our stay at The Grande Centre Point?! A very luxurious hotel with everything you need. The rooms were immaculate and spacious with balcony view looking over to the beach and city. Based in a lovely area but only a cheap Grab or local taxi in to the more "lively" areas of the city. The hotel is connected to the "Terminal 21" shopping centre which is very convenient for eating (both local and worldwide) and has a fabulous array of clothes shops. If you do want to drink alcohol you need to buy this off site as the hotel itself does not serve any. It did not cause an issue and we like the odd drink :-) Again, as everywhere we stopped in Thailand, the staff were amazing. Literally can't do enough for you, are friendly and so attentive to your needs.

Could not find fault at all with this hotel; it really was amazing.

We had the "panoramic view" but it was far anough removed from the beach that the view of the water was largely blocked by high rises closer to the water. The room was wonderful and the staff was exceptional, could not have been more helpful, a truly professional group. The soaking tub had an amazing view from the bathroom but was never used. Food and amenties were first class, there was a great childrens pool that kids would love but the adult pool was really nothing too special.

I liked everything about this hotel, there was nothing to not like, but the price was a bit steep. I actually meant to book at the Space Pattaya and accidentally booked the sister hotel here, and was not disappointed. Cost was prohibitive for more than one nights stay, but the entire operation was very smooth, from staff, breakfast, room, everything.

The property has a very good location, the staff is very polite and helpful and has very good customer service, the pool is very nice the water is clean. The food is very good and lots of choices But not many choices for European people mostly for the Asian part overall very good the location is very convenient for accessing the shop I would like to recommend it to anyone have a kid.

The only thing we would like the hotel to add up is the European food choices for breakfast like British breakfast Don't get me wrong just only my opinion.
