Empress Pattaya Hotel location and management is well ideal to all events. Management is keen to make your stay memorable and looking to come back again and again. I have now for many years used the same Hotel.

Rooms doors when other guests bag them to close at mid night or early morning hours you can be waked up because of noises. To reduce this or stop maybe a door closer device can be used to reduce the speed of banging and eliminate a noises.

One of the Reception staff attitudes was not expected as we are customers for the last 15 years and more .

Great location. Parking right outside. We had a corner room which was spacious, clean and had nice views up the road and across to terminal 21. And all for a good price.

Nothing really. Didn't try the breakfast as it wasn't included and cost 300baht each which seemed a lot. Also didn't have a chance to try the pool, but went up and had a look, smallish but nice. Will try next time. Too far to walk to walking street, but the baht bus is so convenient especially if you walk to Beach road first.

The staff are so incredible. Super friendly super helpful. I have a bad back and found the mattress a bit tough, I explained it to them and straight away got me a topper and no more painful mornings.

I banged my toe on the decking by the pool again they sorted it out straight away so it didn't happen to someone else. Although I do feel that area the flooring needs a bit of a overhaul. But accidents happen.

The room is very big with comfortable bed, room service is good, beautiful swimming pool near terminal 21, big C, massage places,Art in paradise, very kind stuff, will provide iron with table on request free to use towels near pool. They provide a ride to bangkok for 2100 bhat,

I’ve stayed there on many occasions and it never lets you down - the property & staff maintain their standards over the years - perfectly located - had a problem with some drunken guests one night & the staff sorted it out in minutes. Can’t speak highly enough of the hotel

The staff was excellent and friendly, the location is perfect, everything is close to the hotel. I'm planning to stay at the same hotel on my next trip.

Actually we left the hotel early before completing our 6 nights Due to an emergency situation within and the hotel didn't refund our 3 nights .

Clean and spacious. Located next to a lot of late-night cheap eateries.

Being next to the elevator, the room got all the noise from its constant chiming. The thin walls meant you'd enjoy all the noise.

everything was ok, kindly staff, Bic C in front of you, 10m walk in Grand Center Point

little bit noisy out there, nearby massage shop always keep playing some kind of noisy sound. also traffic noisy too. but I was ok I'm a heavy sleep person.

Friendly staff,easy ck in. Great location 10 minute walk too terminal 21 mall,10 minutes to the beach.a couple of English channels. The room was big, bed was ok,aircon worked well and quiet.And the coffee at breakfast was very good.water pressure was good and nice and hot.

Not alot of parking if u drive,room for about 7 cars in front and about 4 spots left in underground parking. Breakfast buffet could have been better,almost same thing every morning and not a lot of choices, and no bacon oh well it was ok.
