On main road 500m from beach. Reasonable price for tiny room with good A/C plus ceiling fan, comfy bed, grainy satellite TV with some English channels, wet/dry bathroom with partially partitioned shower, 3in1 shower dispenser and soap dispenser at sink. Hair dryer on wall near room entry next to full length mirror. Room cleaned daily, including fresh towels. Room key card required to access elevator. Smoking section in parking lot. Coach bus pickup to BKK airport available from Bell Travel Service.

No fridge, no closet (hanging rack on wall), only 2 outlets - one near fold-down laptop wall unit workspace and one other outlet over nightstand. No bottled water provided (hot and room temperature water source in lobby). No breakfast provided. No toiletries provided.

The room was clean, cleaning personel was very friendly as well. The bed was soft, good location, short walk to get to the beach road and close walk to get to terminal 21, traffic noise from the room was not a problem, ( ask for a room facing away from the road ) Also low noise for other rooms but the hallway you hear very good. Shower was perfect, good pressure and perfect temperature.

WIFI was terrible so did not use that. No chair or table but this is a budget minimalistic rooms hotel. Suitable for short stays in my opinion. No water bottles in room, had to buy at a machine in reception area that did not work very well and took more money then it said it cost on sign. ( buy at pharmacy just outside or bring from somewhere else ) No mini fridge and that I think is essential having an option to have cold water ect

I stayed in this Central planet Pattaya hotel for two nights I had really a good and amazing experience and a pleasant experience staying is a hotel the staffs are really cooperative, informative and well mannered the chicken process was really smooth the staff help me to book Grab taxi at the early morning hours to Pattaya North bus station there is a vending machine for coffee and water bottles and snacks near the reception and there is also water dispenser the rooms have towels & toiletries, it is well maintained the bed was comfortable and the property has lift access it is located very close to Marina mall and the number of Eateries , restaurants , food courts and currency exchange centres, Indian restaurants are lined up along the roadside there's also evening market and night market put up close to the property it is a budget friendly hotel overall had a good experience staying this hotel I would definitely recommend people who want to have a budget stay in centre of Pattaya.

Staff was good, but the online service isn't connected to the front desk, so when a request was requested on the app, the front desk wasn't aware, or connected. The location is very good, I would say perfect. The value is very good for what you get.

Just change out the toilet seat... it's almost nasty. It's not the cleanest bathroom, but not bad. And we ran out of water... interesting. It happens, in a couple of hours it was back. The internet was so spotty, that there were times when I had to use my phone as a hotspot.

The size of the room for the money, the fairly reasonably speedy Wi-Fi, the staff at the front desk, the cleanliness overall.

I really think the shower section could be renovated. I remember the last time I stayed at this hotel, whenever I showered the water would splash out, NOT fun, this time it's exactly the same. There wasn't really a way to contain the water. Additionally, there weren't any toothbrush or toothpaste at the wash basin, I guess the property is trying to be sustainable? I respect that though. One last thing, I mentioned to the front desk staff that, with the absence of phones in the room, guests can use the app to communicate with the front desk, however, I tried it last night, NO answer! Please refine the app or the system, otherwise it's pointless!

A good price and a good location

I don't like the covid barriers still at reception. It is impossible to hear the staff speak behind the desk.

This is a no-frills, no bells nor whistles place to crash. It’s walking distance to lots of food and other stuff. Staff was lovely.

The AC machines are a bit dated and make a bit more noise than newer ones. But they are workhorses and do the job.

Friendly and helpful staff. Disciplined and understanding neighbor businesses. Very clean room. Comfortable firm bed or a good size. Good water pressure in the shower.

The air conditioner was a bit noisy in my room.

It was clean and tidy the staff where nice and friendly it was reasenable price I would defenetly recommend to a friend

It was easy access to all bars and shops and clubs

2nd time staying here so glad to be back :) simple, hot shower, comfortable bed and close to many places/shops. I also parked my motorbike there no issue

Sometimes have to remind them to refresh the towels and toilet paper, but at least they offer this daily service
