I like the room is big enough has balcony has kitchen basin is quiet good. No need to wash cups or fruits in the toilet. Location is quiet good. I had stay seven days.

I had arrived earlier 0800 request early check in refused even I was ready to pay some amount which is bad experience night flight and I have to wait till check in. Breakfast average should be improved.Hotel policy should be amended if someone required check in and check out to be allowed even sum amount to be charged and reasonable.

The property is in a prime location to enjoy the best parts of the Pattaya . Next to; Soi 6 for beers and ladies, a 3 minute walk to the beach, Nextdoor to the Runway street vendors, & close to Club Impact. Everything you need is within a few minutes walk. I found a laundry service, motorbike rental, weed shop, legit massages and great dining within 1 block.

I reserved an ocean view room that had a very obstructed view. I wouldn’t pay extra for the view. Either way, it wasn’t much of an up-charge.

I loved the hotel’s prime location, just a short walk from Soi 6 and the beach, making it incredibly convenient for both nightlife and relaxing by the sea. The rooms were impressively spacious and beautifully decorated, adding a touch of luxury to my stay.

The breakfast was above average but could be improved with more variety and options to cater to different tastes. A more diverse spread would elevate the overall dining experience.

Nice hotel in a nice quite location. 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to shopping malls. 10 baht local buses at each end of the street that do a circle route of the main city area. The rooms are large and comfortable, the roof top pool and fitness room are excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Make sure you request a room facing Soi 5 or the beach, as there is night club on Second Road that is very loud until 3am, if your room is facing the night club, you will not sleep.

The hallways are dark.

The noise from the market next door. A visit from ants in the bathroom. Difficult access egress to the shower.

Should have curtain to separate wet and dry area, There were some music noise during night time from the club beside the street which had interrupted my sleep. Actually, the club is not that close but they had played the music too loud. The hotel should complain to the authority.

I liked just about everything about this place.

one thing i really didn't like about this place. I spent a lot of time up by. the pool. The pool area is overrun with thousands of ants! Seriously guys get these ants under control. They crawl on you when you are laying there and it is very not nice. This is the worst thing about this hotel and pretty easy to fix I think. Fix it!

The room that I stayed in was huge! Parking was good and the location was good aswell as it's a short walk to the beach.

The food at breakfast was often cold. The shower was not working very well and sprayed water everywhere.

Not the hotels fault but on second road there is a night club which could be bothersome to some if you are facing in that direction as a lot of bass noise .

Location was really good and great staff at the front and so helpfull

Rooms are very nice..but the bed was like sleeping on concrete as same as pillows..
