The hotel is absolutely fine. Big rooms, comfortable bed. Bathroom with bathtub. Daily cleaning. If there was a problem, it was solved immediately.

Everything was perfect during my stay

Good location, nice large room. Good shower temperature and pressure. Nice bath. Great mirrors. Nice view of pool. Air con worked well. Fast lift. Good facilities in room. Big wardrobe with lots of hangers. Nice door light feature to show do not disturb etc. Great room service.

No table on balcony. Poor wifi speed. No smart TV, unable to share from phone or tablet Thin walls, you could hear anything from the rooms next door, and I mean anything ! Yale type key entry. No porter on arrival. Had requested a high floor room but only got mid level. Too close to noisy pool. Some electric USB sockets didn't work and plugs difficult to insert.

Rooms are a little bit worn out, but bed is good and comfortable. Shower inside bathtub is ok, even not very comfortable and hot water was available. I had a problem with the air-conditioning as was not really cooling and even late afternoon after complained, was solved soon and as satisfied. All in all a good hotel, considering the price with a parking garage. Internet is free and connection was also ok.

Breakfast after 9.30 (open until 10) not really many things available and a "real" coffee also would be good, as only have instant coffee available.

The hotel is a very underrated Gem tucked away in Soi 4 second road pattaya. The staff are great and helpful, breakfast is good and different varieties from day to day. The deluxe room with sofa and a massive TV with YouTube and Netflix was a game changer and that alone will bring me back to this great hotel.

The only little negative was the water pressure in the bathroom, it wasn't strong but manageable.

Good size room and bathroom, fairly good breakfast, nice swimming pool and fitness room. The hotel is a short walk to beach road and there are plenty of restaurants nearby

I tried to add a special request. I ordered two rooms and I wanted them not next to each other, but I did not get a response about it. other than that the rooms l, the staff and the location, everything else was great

Good location close to Terminal 21 shopping and 5 minutes to the beach The staff in the Restaurant are very nice 😊

One lift so I guess peak season would be difficult
