A modern, sleek, hotel which is located in a central position between the beach and shopping malls. Highly recommended

A noisy nightclub at the rear of the hotel blasts out thumping techno music until 3am. On my first night, I was in a room at the rear of the hotel. Very hard to sleep! The following day, I insisted that the hotel move me to one of the front rooms, which are much quieter.

Staff is great, especially the bell boy - Bank (yes that's his name) who was so helpful an with a great smile. I've been in that hotel several times and each staying found a remarkable thing about this hotel....

Good location and swimming pool, good condition breakfast, room condition.

not protecting noise but not bad just a little

I have stayed at this property about three times in the past. It is conveniently located between Beach Road and Second Road, making it easy to access various areas. If you wish to go to Walking Street, you can take Beach Road, and if you’re heading north, you can take Second Road and catch a songthaew. The rooms are very clean, with a calm and tasteful interior that creates a relaxing atmosphere. Being able to smoke on the balcony is also a plus. The housekeeping staff are very kind and attentive. Location is extremely good, you are able to walk to terminal 21 or take a tuktuk to central pattaya mall easily. Hotel is also convenient to reach from North Pattaya Bus Station. Beds were comfortable and clean and the room looks amazing. Hotel Staff were friendly and understood English, and was fast with their responses and solutions when we encountered issues.

Room is not elderly friendly as you have to step up 3 different steps to get from the sink to the bathtub, which isnt good for those with mobility issues. Bath only has rain shower too and no showerhead. Air conditioning was very cold and not easy to adjust so we either turned it off when showering

Right in the heart of things to do, places to go, places to eat etc. Steam sauna rooms were a bonus. Pool was great. Afternoon tea free of charge on second floor also a bonus. Breakfast excellent. Great choices. Staff were fantastic.

Bathrooms were not suitable for the seniors in our group. Too many steps, need to climb into the bath to shower etc with opportunities to fall. The hotel were advised well in advance of the limitations of some of our guests and should have warned us. Also too far to walk to the beach. One guest could not leave the hotel for the entire stay.

The location of Hotel is perfect. Not too direct towards beach but not too far either. This ensures not too many people around and yet in proximity to the beach that whenever we wish, we can just grab our stuff and walk (~300 metres). I loved the cleanliness and facilities within the room. Wifi was freely accessible and at a very good speed. They did clean the room every morning.

The staff I felt cared a little about hospitality. Especially being from India and having seen the hospitality here, I felt it was a bit cold there. But I do feel that it more likely due to the language barrier. However, when we were leaving, the staff helping with luggage was much more warm and genuine. Usually, you face them asking for money even if they haven't done much but we did not face anything like that. They charge some 2000 THB as a security deposit in the beginning but they returned them as whole without any arguments on the last day. There is no entry for a vehicle near the entry gate so many luggage bags can be an issue but if you ask for help, they will surely send someone to bring it inside (so not much of problem).

It is really a very great hotel, everything is very well maintained and clean. The staff took care of every problem, whether taxi, drinks at night... The breakfast was great, everything you need. Whether Asian or European. I will definitely go to this hotel again. Everything you need and even better. The entire staff is always friendly with a smile. Above all, the front office manager TangMo is a super nice woman who is perfect in her work and makes the hotel perfect and always brings a smile into the Reception. Thank you very much.

Great location close to the beach. The hotel is very clean and beautifully maintained. Wonderfully soft and comfortable beds. The restaurant’s buffet is absolutely fantastic and a must-try. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

A lot of noise from passing cars and trucks. Elevator music plays in the hallways all night, and you can hear it in the apartment – earplugs are a good idea. The pool is very cold, so we didn’t use it at all.

Location it’s away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get too. Staff are very good and friendly. Housekeeping and cleanliness is good too. Overall a very good stay and hotel.

My room 313 had a damp and wet celling . I reported this and they investigated it but didn’t offer to replace my room. There were mom’s spots on the celling near the AC vent.
