Location was good. Staff was great very helpful. Didn't really like the guest friendly part. They made you sign a waiver and checked my guest alot. Room was comfy, big bed. Sheets changed every day. Maids were great. I would go back.

No free breakfast. Guest friendly part needs improvement. No safe in room

I loved the staff they were all helpful starting with reception, Portal 🔔, restaurant and cleaners. The food is very good.

I think the hotel should consider giving free tea as well, they give coffee but not everyone drinks coffee. And when I asked for tea they told me to buy some at the restaurant. Another thing is the bathtub was not nice at all .. it was dirty and the toilet seat had blood stains when we first booked in. This was my second stay and I paid more for a better room and got the exact same type of room I got last time.

The Location and the convenience of getting around. Big room and a nice balcony. Hotel staffs were very friendly.

The bathroom lock didn’t work. The hotel looks older than the picture. The Swimming pool well even having or not having it wouldn’t make any difference.

Mike Beach is always one of our favourite hotel in the Pattaya city. Before the COVID, I used to stay in this hotel because of the friendly staff and the overall atmosphere. Compare to other hotels, their rooms are relatively larger than the others and they give up using carpet in their rooms which becomes cleaner.

We are not sure if the room has not been used for a long or the water pipe is too old which is time to be replaced, the water coming from the taps were brown and contained a lot of Impurities (seems to be rust). We needed to open the taps for more than 10mins before using it and the water seems to return normal in the 3rd day of our stay.

The rooms were quite spacious and had a nice balcony room service 1st class .BUT the best thing about the hotel apart from the location was the incredible staff so helpful and accommodating nothing was too much trouble The porters brilliant front desk staff welcoming a real credit to the place

Maybe the menu could be updated and the air conditioning allthough effective drips a bit and could be modernised

The location was great

Location is near perfection for the beach and wedged between three shopping centres near by. Plenty of shops, local cleaning across the road (costs a little more but high standard and care). Cost is fair if you find it for cheap. On their own website it's well over priced. Breakfast options changed daily but the majority was the same. I enjoyed it overall. Staff are friendly, welcoming and caring. Assisted us with any issues we had. Also daily room cleaning.

Extractor fan on the balcony, when on makes it not worth sitting outside.. but the view down the street to the beach/ocean is pleasant.

The staff were amazing and very very helpful, the cleaners were very good and very polite, the reception staff were also very polite and helpfull, the bell boys were just amazing could not do enough to help, and we're always friendly and polite

There wasn't anything I didn't like,

The location was fantastic the rooms were spacious and very clean and even had the joy of a bath tub BUT the overall memory of the hotel will be the friendly and efficient staff who could not have been more helpful from the chamber maids to the receptionists they were 1st class they made you feel sad to leave I should also say the WiFi was spot on and English TV channels was a bonus

The pool does not really get the sun but was cleaned specifically on request and the beach is only 200 metres away

The location is perfect!! Just few steps to the beach. Also a lot of restaurants around. Not loud even though city has quite a nightlife. Where to even begin with the stuff… They were so so sweet, helped with everything. Breakfast was nice too, maybe not the biggest variety of food but still can eat good.
