We chose the room with a sea view it was great just away enough from the main road to avoid noise, the balcony was a great asset. Of course it's twice the price of a regular room

The staff is a bit directive about everything. Probably used to annoying tourists. But still if I get the most expensive room I don't expect to be yelled at early morning because I pressed the room cleaning by mistake and there is no indication inside the room I did so. I do wish there was a microwave for the most expansive rooms.

I like the location and facilities, everything in walking distance.

Didn't like having to ask for toilet tissue because we booked for 2 nights and it was only half a roll supply in the room. Not a big deal but thought that they would provide more than that. The receptionists could do with a smile being in the front desk. Compare to other accommodations near by this place feel less friendly.

Everything. The room was great (sea view deluxe) clean, extremely nice reception and staff throughout. I even extended my stay here and plan to return in a few days after Koh Chang.

There was nothing I could fault about the property.

The hotel is just a short walk from the beach. The rpom we book has a good view of the sea and we do really enjoy seating at thr balcony to enjoy the view. Bellman is so proactive and i observed be it , during my checknin or check out, he automatically help with my luggage wuthout me asking. The hotel also have a rooftop restaurant which is so beautiful and it will be a nice spot to watch sunrise.But i have to mention the price is on the steeper side but still its worth to at least visit once. Abundant choice of Massage parlour is near the hotel area abd is helpful when you need a good massage after a long walk.i have to mention convenience store is just opposite of the premise too

Lovely spacious rooms, very clean and comfortable. Nice balcony with view over the ocean. Not too close to the city so it’s not too loud but easy to walk to the town along the beach. Very Close to the beach.

Nothing much! But what seems like a pool area isn’t a pool but a rooftop bar with very expensive drinks! Very nice to go and chill out there when it is open in the evening.

Great Seaview for sunsets from balcony. Closeness to Malecon of Pattaya Also , great breakfast

Had to change rooms cause of a mechanical noise on roof but all was looked after by Jim & staff.

The location of this hotel is perfect for access to the beach ... one just walks some 100 mtrs and your are on the beach ... in fact we had a room facing the beach and the view was pretty good ... the house keeping was efficient and the staff helpful ... we didn't have breakfast at the hotel but the breakfast area looked pretty well fitted out ...

The room is more suited for a romantic stay as the bath area is only covered by a hanging partition which can swing to and fro .... this can be a mild discomfort for families ... but then, it's Pattaya and i guess that's how it would be ...

The hotel is in a good location and the good rooms for the price. Our first room smelt of cigarettes but they moved our room straight away so it was fine. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The location of the hotel was right next to the beach which was great. The sky bar at the top of the hotel was nice but closed a little early it would have been nice if it was open 24hrs just to sit outside even if the bar was shut.

There isn’t any parking however the hotel staff went with me to park my car in a parking lot just a couple of streets away and we walked back to the hotel. So it’s not really an issue if you don’t mind parking further away as the hotel will assist you.

Clean n comfy. Near lots of eatery n night market with beach just across. Breakfast is delicious although not much choice.

Big room for three people with seaview. I don’t think we can get better rooms w such condition in other hotels. Great location, far from walking street but that way we feel safe. Massage parlour right in front of the hotel w best services! Definitely recommend! Welcome drink at the rooftop bar was cherry on top!

The staff forgot to put 3 towels and amenities after make up room and when we called, they questioned us as if we were lying lol better do a thorough check before finishing the job.
