Location very very good, very close to beach road, short walk to Terminal 21 and Big C supermarket. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Comfortable bed and good room facilities.

Our room was equipped with a shower over a bath, which my wife had difficulty climbing in an out of. We were told that all the rooms were the same. The manager offered us an alternative room in their sister hotels but they were too small in one and too expensive in another. I bought a small stool from Big C as a simple solution. Please note that the manager was very helpful, I’m sure he tried his best. I do wonder how they sell rooms to more severely disabled people?

I had a great time at the hotel. The bed was super comfy, the place was really clean, and the staff were really nice. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again for sure.

bathroom sliding door has no lock and no noise isolation whatsoever. it's a cupboard door essentially, just heavier cause made of glass. TV is very dated so don't expect youtube, netflix, any streaming for that matter. heck even the range of tv channels is very limited and mostly in Thai. so unless you want to fiddle with a usb drive or an hdmi cable, it'll remain of low entertainment capabilities

Location very good, easily walk to attractions places like shops,pattaya beach. I made my booking by mistaken with 2 single beds, but staff called (Ink, helped to sort that out) also I would like to thank Puy for her attitude to find solutions for that issue even she was new employed but they all show professional effort. Also I shouldn’t forget cleaning group which were very polite and welcoming , finally breakfast tasty and variety choice available also the view to pattaya beach.in genral I recommend this hotel and hope they improve their service or at least stay in this excellent deal with clients.

I didnt take the breakfast, but location wise is very strategic and nice, room was pretty nice and neat, had a nice view of the sea as well, depending on where your room location is,

Maybe the shower knob in the toilet could be a more simpler version, the electrical power plug area is a bit tricky, suggest to also have a USB charging port as well.

Loved the rooms, very spacious, and we were close to everything!

No microwave, and no pool. We had to go to one of the neighboring sister hotels if we wanted to get in a pool. The hotel across the way would cost 100 THB to use. The room service was pricey and did not come fully cooked.

Location was great, room size was good and also clean and new .

The room was sound proof from street side but from entry door wasn’t sound proof and noise come inside from corridor in middle of the night About the breakfast it was repeat every day same things and never changed it in 13 days I been there .

Not easy to find for our Grab driver, but it was just next to 2 other A-one hotels. Once we found it there was no one at the reception and we anyway needed to check-in at A-one The Royal Cruise Hotel. The pool was shared with the Fat Coco Beach club which was strange. They ask for 3000 bath deposit, cash or on credit card.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Good wifi.

1. 100 Bhat charge per person for use of the pool at the other hotel. 2. Credit card deposit at check in. 3. Shower temperature was a bit tricky to adjust.
