I have been staying at this hotel on many of my holiday trip to Pattaya. Value for money. Good location - near to Pattaya Beach and shopping malls. Spend most of my time outdoor - at beach, shopping mall, massage shop and enjoying nightlife.

When I arrived I was disappointed. The room without a window to outside, old air conditioner very loud and cold without the possibility to switch off or adjust it. I went down explaining that for me the kind of room wasn’t an acceptable option, and the front desk girl she immediately found another room with window and new model of airco. I could leave a 10 for this help.

beds are hard. the morning of the check-out I went out for breakfast, when I came back to the room there were no towels anymore. So I couldn’t have a shower before to leave.

Room was clean and of a reasonable size. Air-conditioning was good and the bed was fine. Staff were friendly and price and location were good. A good choice at a reasonable price.

No coffee and tea making facilities and was a bit noisy due to comings and goings of guests.

Friendly service, great value, a newly renovated room, and even a grand chess board (and a pool table in the lobby). Most definitely worth the trip - highly recommend it and will stay again.

Minor things about the room: No sockets next to the bed, and a somewhat unusual way of controlling the lighting in the room via a console next to the bed. Also, and that's an easy fix, the spanking new AC emits a fairly strong white-light which is a bit of a nuisance to sleep with. I have a similar device at home, and what fixed that problem for me was putting some yellow duct tape over the display, toning down the light pollution to a comfortable low-tone yellow without impacting functionality or temperature readability.

This is an excellent hotel. My third time to stay here. Near the beach and a very good shopping centre. Staff are very very friendly. Excellent value. Great swimming pool.

Nothing about this hotel I didn't like. I will definitely book it again in the future.

Value for money.. situated on a quiet lane (soi 2). Walking distance to the Pattaya beach. Shopping malls (Central Marina & Terminal 21). Lots of massage shops on the main road (Sai Song). Hotel has parking lots for vehicles.. easy to get public transportation.. SongTeaw .. motorcycle taxi .. Bolt .. Grab

Electric socket in the room isn’t beside bed.

The hotel really surprised us, the staff were very friendly, the rooms were very clean and the pool / garden were so relaxing .... we will be back (superior room was great). Great value for money. Will try the other rooms within the group.

Sabai Inn is a very charming and quiet hotel, situated among many other hotels. The attention to cleanliness and the very nice approach to guests is evident.

There is no reason to complain.
