I have stayed in Pattaya a few times. I always stay in Soi 1 & 2 at Sabia hotels. This time, from September until the end of November [3 months] I stayed in Sabai Sabana. This hotel has 2 great pools, one of the main reasons I stay there, as I always swim each day. The bedroom was nice/comfortable. The food was also enjoyable. Being at the hotel for 3 months, I was able to observe all staff, from management, desk staff, kitchen staff, waiters, garden staff, maintenance and the cleaners, all worked so hard and as a team. I would though like to say a special thank you to the cleaners who made up my room each day. The room always felt so clean, welcoming-thank you.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past, so knew what to expect. The refurbishments were completed this time, and were tastfully done.

Very clean and organised, modern and tidy

The staff lack that “Thai Friendliness” for some reason, however the house keeping man was very nice. The staff just do what they need and there is a lack of feeling welcome, the gym is terrible … no weights, just an elliptical machine and treadmill. Restaurant food was okay but not special.

Great value, comfortable air conditioning, even when maid service was not required some days they still brought up water bottles for me and hung them on my door, layout of the hotel itself was convenient straight forward and even allowed a fresh air cross breeze through the room when desired. Pleasant and helpful staff. Great stay at a great hotel in an amazing and beautiful country. I am Blessed for my experience and time there.

Very small things but, in my opinion the bed was a bit firm, just a bit too much push back. A more complete separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom would have been nice, especially since the hand held shower head had a mind of its own when in its holder the direction it faces was not always the way it faced before being turned on or after it was adjusted and would spray out into the main portion of the bathroom soaking the mat. Oh and a bit more diversity in the breakfast would be nice.

The best hotel I ever booked in Pattaya. Nice staff and good food. Very friendly are the room mates and the small problem with the Aircon was fixed because of the room mates before I could tell it at the reception. Also the rest of the staff was friendly, only the receptionist.... So big thanks to the rest of them

Ok it's always something you didn't like. I just want to tell the management that if the receptionist would work for me then she would have two options. She could learn that the guest is essential or she has to leave! Fast! Nearly never in a hotel in Thailand there was such an unfriendly person at the front of a hotel also my wife from Thailand said the same. I really have to be quiet at the check in else it would end up in a fight...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is just perfect, with everything nearby, and the property offers not one but two swimming pools, which made the experience even better. It is definitely great value for money – very comfortable, peaceful, and quiet, ideal for relaxation. I would like to especially thank Ms. Apple for the exceptional help she provided during my stay. She is very welcoming, always smiling, and truly kind-hearted. She went out of her way to assist me whenever I needed something, making me feel at home from the very first day. Her kindness and professionalism really made a difference in my experience, and I am so happy to have met and dealt with her. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, value, and outstanding service.

Excellent open reception area. 2 pool areas one is a sun trap the other shaded in the internal courtyard. Very helpful staff. Efficient and nice. Clean rooms of decent functional needs for the price point. Asked for a kettle in room and within one minute the good staff arrived with one. Really enjoyed our stay here. Will stay again. Fantastic location in North Pattaya. Close to Terminal 21, beach road restaurants and nice sea facing bars down towards soi 6.

Only tiny thing is the food was fine but not great and kinda disappointing tbh but edible when hungry. But lots around the area so not a real issue.

It's a very good location for solo female travelers who aren't in Pattaya for parties. It was my first solo visit to Pattaya, and staying in the safe part of the city was important to me. Friends recommended me hotels near Terminal 21, and it was just perfect. Very close to the mall (it helps because EVERYONE knows where Terminal21 is located so it's easy to find your way). It's a bit far from Walking street which is a plus, but it's close to the sea, the market, the foodcourts. It's also relatively close to the Sanctuary of Truth, MiniSiam and all other cultural locations. The hotel feels calm and relaxed. The staff is friendly. Rooms are a bit dated but spacious and clean. I actually stayed longer than originally planned because overall, it was comfortable.

Soundproofing omg 😅 That's a huge downside, and in any other city it would annoy me to no end. But in Pattaya, location was the most important to me, so I had to deal with zero soundproofing. When people walk in a corridor, you can hear every step, every squeak of the shoes, every breath. When they talk in the neighbouring room, you can hear them clearly. Luckily, it's rather a calm hotel, so there was no very noisy or drunken neighbours. Nearby there is a place with loud live music, and you will hear them playing daily, until 23-24:00, and it will be as clear as if they were in your room:)

The room had a good size balcony. The room was also a good size with fridge, coffee making facilities, good air-conditioning, and good selection of TV channels. It had a very big double bed. Highly recommend this hotel. Excellent parking with lots of parking place's.

It is hard to find anything that i didn't like. The only thing that I can say not being great was there is only 1 lift and it doesn't have air-conditioning in it so it was very hot and stuffy in the lift. But that's not really the end of the world. Still a great place.
