It is a nice apartment located in a quiet area but central and close to everything. The apartment has everything you need and is very tidy and clean.

The down side is AC, it is too old and too noisy at the lowest capacity. It was a bit humid in the apartment probably not enough ventilation in the bathroom. During our stay the pool area was under renovation so we could not use the pool, and not the roof terrace for the first 10 days. That was a huge disappointment, because we chose the place based on the roof area, even though the management compensated us for the loss, it was still bad dealing with a problem from the beginning.

Very nice tv, accessible for own devices; nice reliable Internet. Good housekeeping service - replacement of all consumables including water bottles, tea/coffee, bathroom and kitchen supplies. And they went out of their way to bring us things they saw we needed, but hadn't requested, like cushions for the dining room chairs. Plugs are Euro-NA style, so no adapters needed for North American plugs AC powerful and blows constantly (not on and off) Excellent Host - helpful and accommodating. One of the best host experiences we've had. Very quick service to replace the breaker when there was a power outage - less than an hour from notification to repair completion Washing machine works well. Balcony has afternoon sunshine for drying clothes Kitchen is well equipped, with clean pots and pans for stove top use Grocery stores, bars, pubs, restaurants close by. Beach less than 5m walk. Hairdresser on the road toward the beach was great Ensuite bathroom has a good shower We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Main bathroom is a bit run-down and has a musty smell, but everything works. Nothing for baking or cooking in the microwave, but we just shopped accordingly.

This was a self-contained two-bedroom unit with a fully equipped kitchen that my family took full advantage \of to cook home-cooked meals, Lots of modern dishes, and cutlery. It was indeed a home away from home. The location was minutes from a large shopping center and grocery and food mart. The Hostess Was always responsive to our needs and even was kind enough to arrange a comfortable SUV to take us back to Bangkok.

Good location, decent size rooms. very comfortable beds. Easy to come and go, good parking (although we did not need it). Close to beach (2 minute walk) and 7-11 at both ends of street.

No pool as temporarily closed for repairs. Owner of property did pay for us to go to a local pool which was very kind and meant a lot, our son loved it.

Everything was satisfying… a lot of space and very well equipped… only like 250 meters from the beach with many restaurants.. i can recommend the redsteps Restaurant.. and the Citismart managerin have offered the transfers from and to Bangkok by private taxi for a good price by whatsapp.. daily cleaning of the apartment if wished

No view.. or just high buildings in the surrounding

The host is extremely hospitality and helpful, because of her, I changed a bit image of Pattaya. Love the swimming pool and jacuzzi at roof which can enjoyed the view of sunset, it's really relaxing and beautiful view. If chlorine not too high was prefect. Room - clean and tidy, wifi was good. Sofa is very comfortable. Kitchen with some cook set and the refrigerator super cool. Apartment location is good, convenient but not too noisy and complexed. Near by a big supermarket - Big C, and Terminal 21, TOPS etc, just walked 5 mins and lots of massage shop. Will stay again.

The location is fantastic, 200 meters from the beginning of the sea promenade and on the other hand 200 meters from the main street and many shops, malls and attractions. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and well equipped, the staff is excellent and takes care of everything, Jeab is great and takes care of everything you need. The place is great.
