Every single member of the staff at the hotel was pleasant and attentive. The room was clean enough for me and the area was safe and fairly quiet. The room is perfect for someone visiting Pattaya to go to the beach (which is a short 5 minute walk away). There's plenty of storage in the room for luggage and clothing. The price for the hotel was great. It was certainly affordable and perfect for me because I don't spend a lot of time in my room doing things. It's more just a place for me to store my stuff and sleep at night. There's so much to do in the area that I don't need a hotel with a ton of stuff to do on the premises. The hotel has an elevator - which for some people may be important to know since not all hotels have an elevator. The rooms use physical keys to lock/unlock the doors which is a positive for me because there's no keycard to lose or get erased and I can also leave my room without worrying about being accidentally locked out. You just have to remember to lock the door when leaving for extended periods. The key can be left with the front desk when leaving so you don't have to worry about losing it while exploring Pattaya. My room had a good sized balcony with a sink. I didn't use the sink, but I can see it being convenient for washing swimming suits before hanging them out to dry. The hotel itself is non-smoking, but there was a card in my room saying that smoking on the balcony was permitted. I don't smoke, but for some people this may be important to know. The location on Soi 1 was fine and most everything you need is a short walk or a 10THB baht bus trip away.

I was in Pattaya for work and this hotel isn't really geared for someone who is in town to work. There was no desk in the room or anything like that. This isn't necessarily a bad thing because the hotel is great for tourists and beach-goers. I can't comment on the hotel's wifi because I used my phone as a hotspot whenever I needed to connect to the internet.

The room was exceptionally superb Very convenient location on Soi 1l Walking distance to Beach Road about few minutes. Terminal 21 and Central world has amazing food court at very reasonable price. 30 minutes walk from the hotel. Indian food lovers the restaurant Saravanabawan on Saisong road via Soi 10. Money exchange many around dow Beach Road. Night life lovers 💕 Walking street at the end of Beach Road, Bhat Bus service is available for 10Bhat from one end to other end of Beach Road. Overall, the best hotel with awesome staff. I would like to thank and appreciate the amazing front desk staff Two young girls during my stay between 27th to 28th Feb 2025. Their hospitality to the guests was awesome, always with full of smile. My next visit is in June 2025 and I have already booked again. Such a wonderful place and caring staff. Thank for helping me to book a taxi to Bangkok.

I loved the view from the room, with a beautiful, spacious terrace and stunning scenery. The rooms were great, and the entire place was well-maintained.

There were two bedrooms, but only one toilet, which was disappointing. Two bedrooms should ideally have two toilets, as this caused some inconvenience. We were given a room on the 9th floor, and the terrace wasn’t covered, while the rest of the floors had covered terraces. An ashtray was not provided, which was another inconvenience.

A really nice place close to the center, located on coi1, close to everything, a few hundred meters from Terminal 21, a few hundred meters from the sea. The level of equipment is excellent, the staff is kind and willing to help, strong internet

The balconies of the hotel are about 7 meters from the balconies of a building across the street, and when there is such proximity, privacy decreases, that is if the curtains are closed. A very small shower with a private heating system.

Perfect location in Pattaya — close to Terminal 21, the beach, and great street food! Clean and comfortable with plenty of space.

The shower water pressure was a bit low at times, especially in the evening. Also, the water heater was inconsistent — sometimes it worked well, and other times the hot water didn’t come through. Not a big issue overall, but something to be aware of.

This place is like a second home to me. I always pick this hotel every time I go to Pattaya because of the great location and value for money. The staff are very friendly and are open to suggestions. It's 5 minutes walk from the beach and San Marnia night market.

There's nothing to complain about.

location was good, pretty much everything is near 2 big shopping malls 2-3 (7/11 stores) and nightmarket, room was pretty good no outside noise and clean.

everything is pretty good but for the price is a bit high compare to the other hotels around.

The locations is great. It's near the beach and there's a lot of things around it but at the same time it's quiet during the night as there aren't any bars that are next to the hotel, so it means I can get a good nights sleep, unlike in most places in Pattaya. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

To our surprise the room was pretty huge. Nice location and area. Few minutes walk to the beach. Complete basic amenities. The most unforgettable moment of our trip happened here and that is I left valuable things from the safe box but lo and behold I was able to get it in complete piece, very honest & commendable staffs!

Friendly staff, great location and value for money.

The internet was slow at times and the hotel could be a bit more flexible with checking-in and checking-out. By that I mean if the room is ready at 1 pm, just allow them to check-in at 1 pm without charging them.
