The staff was very kind. Dr Vicky, if you're reading this, I loved talking to you. You were very helpful and kind. And you were right, I loved KL. The room was clean and well lit. The washrooms were fine with hot and cold water. There was a full dining area with snacks round the clock. A good terrace and rooftop. The location was good, very near to main attractions like night food market etc. Breakfast had good quantity and quality. Overall value for money.

I won't say that I didn't like the place but I've suggestions that can make your guesthouse better for coming guests. Locker size should be a little big. The kitchen should be accessible for self cooking 24 hours like electric stove. Since your main client is budget travelers who cook for themselves. Bonus point is to add and offer services of day tours from your dorm to the clients staying. It'll increase your revenue and will show as a one window facility for your clients. There can be an AC in the main lobby since it's hot in pattaya and the lobby was a good common place to sit and chill and interact with other solo travelers. People probably don't sit there because it's hot there.

What is immediately apparent is that Sindy's Hostel takes pride in itself. Everything works, the friendly staff keep the place spotlessly clean, and you don't have to lift a finger. There are many freebies, like water, coffee, noodles, bread, jam, cornflakes, and a cooked breakfast! The showers were hot. Some reviews complain that the rooms are tight, but I found them cosy.

My only major complaint is that there are no quiet hours, and the sound travels right through the walls. I intentionally chose a private room to get some rest, but people talking in the common area kept me up all night. There is also only one basin, which is not enough!

My stay at Sindy's was excellent. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean, comfortable. The location is great, near the beach, near some urban entertainment, which I enjoyed after my 10 days of solitude in the island jungle.

Nothing to not like. Booking.Com tells me I asked for a "quiet room", but I do not recall that. My room was private, not a dormitory bed. That said, potential Bookers should understand the area... for example, there was live music coming from the Center Point 100 meters over, but it still was not too loud, and it was celebratory, to be enjoyed.

Sindy's Hostel is the best hostel ever! I made the best decision to stay here.The location is near Terminal 21, Central Marina and just walking distance from the beach.The single room is clean and comfortable.I slept really well.The free breakfast is delicious. The cafeteria is open 24 hours where coffee, tea, noodles, oatmeal and other options are available.The availability of hot water is so helpful especially when I needed hot compress for my period cramps. The shower rooms and toilets are clean with shampoo, liquid soap and tissue paper.The Korean receptionist and 2 women staff are all kind and helpful.I met Sindy, the owner of the hostel. She is very kind, accommodating and soft-spoken.. It's so great to meet other guests during breakfast.Everyone is friendly in this hostel. Thank you so much, Sindy's Hostel! Excellent hotel in the center and friendly staff, clean rooms. I expected it to be very noisy in the center, but it was quite normal. You can hear the music, but it doesn't stop you from falling asleep. The location is 10 out of 10, cleaning is regular, not annoying. The kitchen is beautiful, with the opportunity to drink coffee both early in the morning and late at night. The breakfasts are delicious, Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked perfectly. We lived here for 2 weeks and wanted to stay longer, but there were no more empty seats because of the fireworks festival. The most pleasant impressions were left about the hotel

The best thing about this hostel is, of course, its location. It is impossible to imagine a more convenient place in the center of Pattaya. Everything is nearby, you can walk to the beach and shops in a few minutes, and walk along the streets. I had a full room with a shower. Everything is very clean, and a large bed.

Breakfasts are rather symbolic, but it is difficult to expect something more from a hostel. But these breakfasts are served on the roof, and you can sit there, drink coffee and look at the street (through a bunch of electrical wires, as is customary in Pattaya).

When we have some problems the staff help very quickly, also at nighttime.

The private room was small and windowless like you see in the photos, but it was good for sleeping and cooling off with the AC. The free cooked to order breakfast was a nice touch and you can get free laundry if you stay 3 or more nights. They did a great job with my laundry, best I've had in my travels, and was able to do it same day in a pinch for me. I really appreciated that. The location was great. Super great central location close to Terminal 21, next to Central Marina, and the Runway Night Market. Plenty of legitimate massage places nearby for 200 baht. So many good food options nearby. Great spot for visitors that's far enough away from the parties and Walking Street.

Would be nice if they could arrange transportation or activities from here, but it wasn't a big deal since there were agencies around. My room did smell a bit, but it was mitigated by the AC. When it wasn't on, it kind of smelled. My only other complaint was getting woken up because of children running and screaming in the breakfast area, which was outside my room.

These hostel beds DO have curtains. Facilities are very nice. Staff is very pleasant. Very close to the beach and across the street from a mall with many activities and food options

Pattaya does not attract the noblest of travelers, so do not expect gracious dorm mates. Lots of inconsiderate people who do not care how loud they are being. The staff is very kind and considerate but could take steps to deter such behavior (signage, speaking directly to troublesome guests, outlining rules at check in, etc)

I did like staff and other travelers there. Perfect location. Good breakfast included in prize.

Peeing dog 😕 right in front of my door, couple times. He's old, so it's not his fault, but the staff wasn't actively cleaning, so one evening there was a lot of pee. Wifi was not 100% working. But owner right away went solve this problem. Room was really small(expected) but the walls are from paper, everything you can hear.
