location and pool area were amazing, the food was V good

very bad experience when I did check in, I asked for early check in at 12 or 1 pm and when I reached 11:30 am it was not arranged and no room was available, but what disappointed me more was the lady in the reception asked me to Pay BAHT 1,500 for early check in which means there was room available, but they didn’t allow me and ask me to wait until 2pm. very bad welcoming after 7 hours flight and 2 hours driving to receive such service and had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours. they didn't bother to provide a single soft drink or water as welcoming.

Every thing Breakfast was unbelievable, and the rooftop pool was awesome Staff simply perfect😊

The key card needs to be a bright color as it is black and easy to lose in the room , with all the darker features 🙂

Location, very comfortable bed. Stayed on the 21st floor and the views were really good. Pool area has one of the best views in Pattaya. Colourful reception area and cafe area.

Lifts were a little noisy as my room was opposite them and the room did smell a little damp.

The staff and managers were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a warm smile. The soothing background music created an inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding in the afternoons with simply enjoying the company of fellow guests. As night fell, I discovered the rooftop bar — a true gem of the hotel. The sound system there was nothing short of fantastic; the carefully curated playlist was mellow enough for casual conversation, yet lively enough to enjoy the pulsating bass that filled the air. The ambience was further enhanced by the stunning panoramic views of the city skyline, making it the perfect spot to relax and celebrate the day’s adventures. Overall, my experience at The Siam was nothing short of amazing. The exceptional service, delicious food, and vibrant atmosphere made this escape truly unforgettable. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, as I plan to return to this oasis of luxury and hospitality. Especially Lyn and Cat from the club lounge who gave me exceptional hospitality and service can't thank them enough!

I have to say one of the very best pool & bar areas in a hotel I've ever stayed at. The hotel is fun and staff were great. Located towards the end of the bay so not to busy but still close to beach, bars etc.

For me all great, Wish I could have stayed longer (I did try but full up) my fault !

The room is clean and comfortable. You can enjoy the Seaview from balcony. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The location is great. There are a lot of restaurants near by and also Terminal 21. It’s not next to the beach but it’s walking distance.

We didnt notice there is a rooftop bar and confuse about location of pool bar and rooftop bar. But It’s not a big deal at all.

Swasdeekrap , I like the everything about the hotel , from the greeting out of the taxi to the warm welcome into reception. The exterior and interior of the hotel is always looking amazing and the time spent at the hotel is always a pleasure I always feel at home when I stay at Siam@Siam in Pattaya . I was greeted by Badder a porter whom I remember from previous visits he is always smiling and so warm . Walked into reception to be greeted by Noy a wonderful woman who gifted me a fantastic room in my eyes one of the best the hotel has to offer and for this I come back without thinking on my next visit to Pattaya and stay at Siam@SiamPattaya. I was blessed to see Bovie and Nan who both looked after me very well on my last visit as per usual as always busy . I ate on the roof terrace and was always served by May she was very nice I can not remember the young man who worked with her he spoke excellent English with me they both were extremely helpful I also remember one other lady I never got her name all very nice complements to the chefs as I ate at different times with room service and was impressed with all the food and drink day and night . I thank Aeee he was a porter and I received an amazing lattes from him one morning. Thank you Saim@Saim for making my trip an amazing experience and am planning on seeing you at the end of the year , Khap khon Krap Siam@Siam to all the staff I met and all the ones who took care of me and I never got names I was pleased to meet the Manager one evening I think her name was Jerry we briefly spoke and hope to see her on my return 🙏🏼💙🇬🇧🇹🇭🙏🏼

There is not one thing to say negatively about this hotel all the boxes are ticked when I stay.

We stayed ocean front studio room 1907 View was amazing and the room layout too love the corner space with Panaramic views over Pattaya My only issue was the mattress on the bed . Seemed dated and springs or foam were worn as I’m not a snob .. just being Honest Loved the skybar . Best view and pool and bar and dj awesome I felt like I was in miami ( not that I like miami so much ) Breakfast good and decor throughout pretty cool and edgy Overall pretty cool place to stay in Pattaya and for sure I’ll stay again BUT in an ocean view room Loads of lifts too so not much wait time

A great hotel in every respect. There was nothing to complain about, I was completely satisfied. The staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The location is perfect as it is central but not too noisy. The shopping center terminal is only a few minutes away on foot. The beach is also within walking distance. In addition to delicious cuisine and a perfectly equipped gym, my personal highlight was the rooftop with pool, restaurants and bar. The view over the entire city and the beach is phenomenal and probably one of the best places to see the sunset. From now on one of my favorites in Pattaya.

Even though the room wasn't overly large, it was very pleasant. The bed itself was very comfortable with a good bathroom attached to it. Wifi has been working solidly and quite fast throughout my stay and staff has been very polite too, though the main reason I booked this hotel was it's superb location.

Hotel is a bit overpriced comparing it to direct competitors with similar rooms (yet their location is not that good as Siam) and the lobby tends to become crowded sometimes with large groups of tourist. In my opinion they should be dispersed in a more fluent way and not become an obstruction for current stayers trying to get out the lobby. Bed could do with some larger and firmer pillows in my opinion.
