One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The room was wonderful, the staff extremely helpful & friendly (best staff experience ever). We had Room B108 & I highly recommend this room, it’s the absolute best & providing access to the pool as well as a shaded area or some sun on our two patios. The hotel location was perfect; a short walk to the beach, Tiffany’s show, Terminal 21 (a fabulous shopping mall) & plenty of places to eat nearby. Although they have some facilities for children, personally I would say this best suits adults/couples. It’s quiet & provides the relaxation needed for time away from work, with a good sized pool & a reasonable gym. Our bathroom was so lovely that we want the same at home! We were very sad to say goodbye.

Lack of attention to small things made us give 9/10. Not enough hangers provided & signage needed to display happy hour as there was some confusion about timings. The bathroom was awesome, however, we did not have hot water for the basin. When I queried this I was informed that this was normal, therefore, as I like to wash my hands thoroughly after going to the loo & wash my face in the morning, we had to run the tap in the bath instead, which then used more water than necessary. Such a shame but only minor issues & hopefully could be resolved, otherwise it would have been 10/10.

It’s a small 4 star property and is easy , relaxing and warm . The facilities and service are nice . The front office staff is helpful . The swimming pool is inviting and the whole hotel feels like a mini resort minus the green cover which you don’t miss much . The pool view rooms feel luxurious and airy . The hotel is in a good spot with not much noise . Closer to terminal 21 and seven eleven and many massage parlour joints around .

But the furniture is showing weariness and needs repairs and upkeep . No staff came and offered any service for luggage while checking out. Very unlikely in Thailand . Maybe they were short of staff .

Rooms where very nice, we had a pool view room , The cleaners were very nice, couldn’t ask for better, as with us having a 18 month old little girl with us , and her being a little bit poorly we asked if they could change the bedding 2 days in a row as she had been sick on it lol

Didn’t like the fact that a member of the staff asked my wife if she was just looking to use the bathroom? As my wife is Thai , sometimes people should just not jump to conclusions,

There was a good choice of hot and cold options for breakfast. We enjoyed the choices on each day. The hotel was set back from the main busy road with its many massage parlours and restaurants, as well as easily accessible to the large local shopping mall and beaches. Could easily hail a bhat bus which were most convenient.

The hotel decor was quite bland but that is not a criticism. The swimming pool and sun loungers was in full view of the reception which we found a little strange. Perhaps some tall plants or trees could be placed to give a shield from those in reception. The taxi prices displayed at reception seemed a lot higher than the going rate. And after arranging a taxi back to the airport, it was agreed for 500 bhat less than was displayed.

Large, quiet, clean rooms, polite staff, good location, a/c works well

Disappointed as we booked a honeymoon room which was meant to include roses & petals, but there was none. I questioned the staff, but I felt they brushed me off by saying I was supposed to request them when making the booking. However, this was the second time we'd booked this room, and the first time we received roses and petals, without requesting. Room is overpriced. We wouldn't recommend it and won't return.

The Hotel is in a great location right next to the best shopping centre in Pattaya being Terminal 21 and super close to Beach Road in the heart of the city. The best thing about the venue though is the staff. There is lots of them and they are super helpful. The guys that work the bar in the main arrival area are absolutely amazing. The staff are first class and much better than you find in western countries.

The actual rooms are just OK . More like 4 star i think but for the price you pay they are still excellent.

I could hear my neighbour television in the night and could hear someone moaning while having a good time middle in the night.

Staff are extremely well trained & tremendously helpful. Could not have wished for a better Christmas. …..and the breakfasts were brilliant! 🤩 (Free afternoon tea & ice cream vouchers upon check-in too).

If anything (and this is splitting hairs) the swimming pool floor/stairs are a little sharp under footing so be wary of that.
