I've stayed at this place twice for long stay. The first time was in 2010 and this time in 2022. I can safely say that this is one of the best places for leisure in Pattaya at a reasonable price. Breakfast was free during my stay. Exceptional staff. High standard of cleanliness.

There are always some stray dogs on the way to the hotel, which may cause inconvenience to some travelers specially at night. Of course, this has nothing to do with hotel management. A number of travelers disrupt the peace of others by making noise, which of course is related to the character traits of the people and not the hotel management. It is better to put up a place for changing swimwear in the pool area. So that travelers don't enter the hotel area with the same swimsuit that they have been swimming in.

The scooters that they rent were really not good, they need some serious work, because they all had issues. We rented one in the end as we left it last minute. The first had a flat tyre, the second speedometer didn't work and back brakes needed some work, so it felt a bit unsafe to use. Having said that, it goes us to the zoo and back so it did the job for the afternoon. The others were all sun damaged or ripped seats.

I stayed at hotel for 2 weeks, it was a very good experience. The rooms were very clean, much cleaner than a more expensive hotel down the street. The pool was clear and always maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The staff went out of their way to clean and make sure the customer was happy. If you had a question there was always a happy face at the front desk to help you. Kai was always working day and night. This dedication usually only comes from owner, she is a real asset to this hotel. If I had a hotel I would want her there to keep it running properly. Coming from America I was worried about electrical outlets, no worries friends this hotel has electric plugs that work perfect for all your needs, my electric razor charged perfectly, my iPhone charged faster then in USA! The hotel was up to date and comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well in my room. It was cool and pleasant even though it was 82* in the morning and 92 during the day. There was always coffee and tea in the lobby for customers. The breakfast was available every morning like clock work. Toast with jam and little sausages were there for guests every single morning, if you wanted a special dish the staff was there to get it for you in minutes. Try the sausage porridge it was outstanding. There is a little restaurant 30 seconds outside the hotel that serves the best Thai food very cheap, kip is amazing cook you must try her food. Small street vendors everywhere and all you need from the 3- 7/11’s in a short walk. I can’t say enough about the staff here simply perfect! I will be back next year!

Did not have the easiest start I lost room keys first night but the staff were very understanding and set me up with a new room very quickly I had to pay a fine which was justified as it was my fault but the fine was a small one the staff look after me as if I was part of the family and made me very welcome thank you for a great hotel experience [email protected]

I have no complaints everything I ask off the hotel was fulfilled nothing seemed to much for the staff to accommodate their guests

We slept 8 days there. The price was amazing! Clean room, clean toilet, and clean swimming pool. I loved the staff was friendly and made us feel at home. I would definitely stay again. The bed softness was okay so I managed. Other hotels in same price range have rock hard beds.

I am fat so the stairs sucked, however my doctor has to be very happy with the exercise. So I got some cardio in being on the third floor and get to live longer now. Thank you haha. 😂 10/10 stars.

The location was absolutely great just walking distance from Sanctuary Of Truth. The staff was very helpful and cheerful. They serve breakfast at this price i think it's the best kind of stay anyone can get. Kudos to Three 7 Eleven nearby Anyone can walk to the main alley and hop on to Songthaew and go anywhere just paying a little amount as low as 10 Baht.

No Elevators so, for people having issues taking the stairs can have problems.

Well maintained, organized, good basic breakfast, nice pool, peaceful location, truck taxi service into tourist areas. Big room. Nice public beach Bamboo Beach nearby. Good views of Sanctuary of Truth.

No elevator (3rd floor). Fixed shower head.

Pool for swimming and pool as in 🎱. Spacious room with a balcony. 24/7 presence at the front desk. Scooters for just THB200/day (but you'll need an international driver's license). Very cute thai-vibing karaoke round the corner.

Staff barely speaks English. Kettle's switch is broken (ie always on). Location is mediocre if you move on foot. However, with a scooter or by taxi it's ok. Breakfast is very scarce (eg a toast+ coffee for 120 thb).

Its a small but very comfortable hotel, the people there are very kind and always willing to help. Additionally it's in a perfect spot, very near to the sanctuary of truth and 10 min. away in the motorbike from many attractions. 5 min. from the nearest beach.
