The room is big，balcony facing the sea。The staffs are all very nice👍🏻 Breakfast is good too。It is very near The Sanctuary of Truth Museum（10 mins walking to its main entrance）。The Gym is wonderful，it has a big sauna room。Two huge swimming pools（although the design were not quite right，that if you need to go to 1m depth，you need to swim across 1.85m first？）。Although its location is quite away from city，it is very near and cheap to Grab to Terminal21 etc。It has a lot of 7-11 and nice restaurants around，so no problem get food。

The wifi was either very weak，or always drop👎🏻 The bed is not very comfortable （but acceptable）。 Worst is the air-con was quite noisy and not very cold，perhaps because the room is quite big。Overall it is still good to stay if you have your own data plan。

I stayed at Zign Premium Villa with my family and my son's family (4 adults and children aged 11 and 3) for a week in early March 2023. The villa has a set of well decorated and very comfortable two-store houses and we occupied one of them. The staying was perfect, the territory is green and quiet, rooms were well-cleaned daily, the breakfast was perfect (including seafood stuff). The pool on the territory of Villa is clean and well-equipped (please note that the pool doesn't work after 19:00. It's pity but seems to be a widespread rule for many hotels in Pattaya). The Villa is situated in 10 minutes by taxi from the city center so we had no problems with the access to city attractions. There are several good cafees and restorants neaby and many convenient stores and small fruit bazaars to buy foodstuff. The Sanctuary of Truth is located in 10 minutes walking. There are several quite good beaches nearby. Many guests were with beautiful dogs and our children were happy to pet them.

The only sad thing was the condition of the sea. The hotel's (The Zign's) beach is located in 100 meters from the Villa. It's big, clean and well-equipped but empty due to the fact that the sea was muddy and with a lot of seaweed. Tip: The nearest good Bamboo beach is in 15-20 minutes walking.

Old style decoration and a little bit expensive. When we check out staff at the counter told us forgot bottle of water and ask us walk up to the room. When we arrived the room no bottle of water, so we call back to counter. Lady said sorry , misunderstood with other room 😮

It's a good and clean place to stay at nights and go sightseeing at daytime. No activities for kids, but it is ok according to the price. If you need a cozy, nice, clean room to stay at nights, it is fine. Beach cafe is also nice. The sea is not clean, impossible to swim. Breakfast is nice. The truth of sanctuary is just next to it!

Super nice hotel. Large rooms. Great sea view. Amazing breakfast and pools. All in all excellent. Highly recommended.

The only inconvenience was that the sea in front of the hotel is very dirty. They should install some nets to clear the waters so bathing in the sea can also be done. But still, an amazing hotel.

Loved the hotel. The staff were excellent, responsive and professional. Checking in and out were the quickest I have encountered throughout my time in Thailand. The room was big, clean and we'll appointed. Swimming pools were great. Added to this the gym facilities were easily the best I have encountered in any hotel. We were really lucky to encounter one of the fitness trainers, Beam. His professional approach and happy demeanour really enhanced our experience.

The tap in the bathroom was a bit fiddly 😁

Perfect tropical ambience. well maintained property. Aesthetic Villa's Pool could use a Jacuzzi. There was an incident where my kids needed help with the bathtub, the assitance was immediate and very polite person.

Language barrier at the reception is a hindrance to communicate well with staff or look for tour options.

The room is clean and big, and there's a big public pool with rocks and falls, and a private beach restaurant

The city view rooms are with significantly lesser equipments to the sea view rooms, while the price is the same which doesn't make sense For example there is no smart TV and the sofa etc are apparently more aged

I stayed at the vila this time. The room was amazing. Very clean and comfortable, aesthetic. The food is very nice and close to the beach

Location is a bit far from everything and there’s not much to do. Also, it’s extremely hard to get a cab from the hotel, and the staff won’t provide a transportation for you

Location was very good and very much apreciated hotel private beach.

Program for Silvester night was quite poor. We reccomend next time to have band playing more international songs.
