The only down fall was the memory foam pillows are not for me and the location is a little far from the beach but that’s being picky Someone needs to clean the stairs because there was a cockroach in same place for weeks 🤮 Internet speed is possibly the worst Iv experienced but I’m not a blogger or anything so didn’t bother me but be mindful if you are needing WiFi for work ect

I have to rate this hotel as one of the best in Pattaya. The room was spacious, modern, extremely clean and very comfortable. All the staff (from reception, housekeeping and maintenance) were very friendly and helpful. Hotel management was excellent! The room I had was on the top floor and had a great view. It was serviced every day. Breakfast (which was included in the price) was excellent! The choice was huge and the coffee was always fresh and hot. The hotel was located in a quiet area and within easy walking distance to shops and the main road.

I liked everything about this hotel.

Clean , big rooms , kind staff, generally everything was fine. A big Bravo to cleaning lady. Kitchen has not utilities to cook .is just to make you feel like home ! Bit if you have your own pan you can cook ..plus plates , spoon I recommend it for the money I gave .... Depends the offer you will get. I will come again as overall combine price and benefits was good for me Poll area was nice super view ..like it

As I have been in many 5 star hotels i can't say that this gets 5 star. 3.5 star is ok. Coffee shop close evening so nothing Breakfast for 3 star hotel. Need improvement. Of you have not vehicle to transfer your self at night the area is crippy. If is your first time in Pattaya maybe will be difficult to adjust the area. Pool is very shallow

The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The on-site coffee shop offered an impressive selection of beverages, including coffee, smoothies, and fresh coconut, along with a variety of light snacks. The rooftop pool provided a pleasant space to relax and enjoy the view, adding to the overall quality of the experience.

The fitness area could benefit from an upgrade. The all-in-one weight machine in particular requires servicing and, ideally, replacement to better meet guest needs.

1. The breakfast buffet was excellent. They provided a variety of breakfast options for different palates. 2. The location was close to Terminal 21 and the facilities such as the pool and dining sections were excellent. 3. The rooms were also lovely and the overall price for an entire month was reasonable and within budget. 4. Most staff members were friendly and professional

One older staff member in the dining room made my breakfast experience very uncomfortable because she would put on rouge in the dining room while I was dining, laughed loudly, open the meal trays and just chat over them without her mask on, and few mornings I saw her in the dining room using tissue to clean out her nostrils. She never washed her hands but held that same piece of tissue in her hand as she opened the trays and inspected the meals. The younger staff members in the dining room were always very professional and practiced proper hygiene. This older staff member needs to practice proper hygiene and dining etiquette.

The accommodation was impeccable – spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with every modern convenience. It was a true haven of relaxation where I could unwind in complete comfort. Every single team member I encountered was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. Nothing was ever too much trouble; they were always ready with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure my every need was met. Their positive and professional attitude is a testament to the wonderful culture here.

Breakfast was not that great, but thankful for it as it still helped us to navigate through a busy day . WiFi is not working well too

Staff were most accommodating at every point, always greeting with a smile, including helping me when I was locked out of my suitcase! The room was lovely, complete with kitchenette, large TV and a small balcony with a sea view which was a nice surprise. The air conditioning worked well; the bed was super comfortable; and the shower room was spacious. The Asian and Western breakfast options were very good with omelettes made to order and fresh fruit, good coffee and tea. The rooftop pool was fabulous! The furniture in the downstairs lounge area was beautiful and there was a nice, welcoming atmosphere whenever you passed by. This is a very nice, comfortable hotel that is low-key, calm and peaceful, that has a great beach nearby. For the price, it was outstanding (I simply dropped a point for the location, see below!)

I would have liked a chair for the balcony (but understand it would clutter the space). The location was quite far from central Pattaya and not on a main songthaew route (and previously I’d stayed in a hotel where songthaews stopped outside, so had been spoilt!)

Pool was nice but no umbrellas at all, probably due to safety concerns as they could potentially blow off the roof. So, the pool was nice but really only usable at 8 o'clock when it opens or after the sun goes down. Room setup was good considering the small size. TV was good and had some English channels as well as Netflix.

Rooftop pool was nice but not really usable during the day due to no sun umbrellas. Breakfast OK, but certainly nowhere near as good as some reviews would lead you to believe, with limited choices, especially actual breakfast foods. Coffee wasn't fresh.

This quality of hotel usually goes for about three or four times the price paid. Lovely, spacious rooms, high quality furnishings, comfortable ambience, quiet, lovely rooftop pool, pleasant staff, and a free breakfast to boot. I’ll be back.

Wifi is a bit spotty. They won’t allow check until 14:00 (be forewarned!). Immediate surroundings are not very appealing (however, it’s only a 3 minute walk to the main road, from where you can catch a 10 baht songtaew to the core of Pattaya, under 10 minutes away). At the price the hotel charged, I can’t really complain about anything.
