I really liked the location. There are plenty of establishments and cafes nearby, all within walking distance. Also, even though the hotel is indeed an old building, dating back to the 90s, it’s clear that it is very well-maintained. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The room was cleaned daily, water was provided, and towels were changed. You can drop off your laundry at the reception in the morning and pick it up in the evening. Breakfast is also available to order. Everything was very comfortable.

I didn’t like that no matter how many times I went to the pool, it was always very dirty.

For the price you can't beat it. Also, the night manager rents scooters for 200 bhat/day. Has a pool too. Simply a great place for $20-25/day for a single or couple traveling on the cheap. Bhat bus just 50-m away. Also, the 7-11 50-m away has a Thai noodles with pork soup vendor working outside till about midnight. store is 24/7.

Great place to stay, very quiet and very convenient to get to Pattaya centre with the 10 baht (€ 0,25 cents) taxi, which brings you to Walking street in 20 min...or if you're looking for the beach, then it's 10 min. Staff very friendly and always extremely helpful. Pools is great, long enough to swim up and down

We love the place, it's near to the places we visited. We are so happy that we were able to checked-in early (9am to be exact with only 100 thb charge for 2 hours and free 1 hour) and late checked-out (1:30 the following day free of charge). The staffs are so welcoming, very accommodating and so nice all the time. The room is big and clean. There is a veranda at the back (smoking room for smokers) where we could hang our wet clothes. We have 3 separate beds too and it's very comfortable. We super love this place. Highly recommended! ❤️

Excellent value. Very comfortable spacious room … excellent quality bed/mattress, hot shower, cold AC, cold fridge, cable TV with lots of channels, the balcony all 👍👍. But the service is also outstanding. The daily room cleaning but especially the wonderful Manager at the Front Desk. She is sooo pleasant, accommodating and helpful. I’m not used to such truly outstanding customer service! 👍👍👍

we expected a room with balcony but it turned out that the room that weve booked has no balcony according to their automatic system. also their garbage bin has no garbage plastic inside. and we noticed that their pool is not that clean, and lastly their toilet paper is not that strong to hold some water ^^`

Nice and quiet place to stay, no street noize. Daily cleaning with free water and new towels, free carpark, good size and firmnes of the bed, staff was very kind.

Hotel is a bit worn in terms of bath, shower curtain, door, furniture not much of a breakfast selection, actually one, facilities and internet could be improved
