This hotel is situated in Naklua and not in amongst the madness that is the Pattaya Beach area. Having said that it is very close and cheap to the night life by taxi or the Baht Bus (the blue pickup trucks). There is a good number of local bars and restaurants in the vicinity namely The Palms Restaurant on Soi 14, Torti's Biergarten on the Pattaya-Naklua Road and not to mention a rural and local run makeshift restaurant also on Soi 14 (I don't think it has a name). These are all about 5 minutes away on foot. Further north about 20 minutes walk is the Naklua Fish Market where there are some wonderful places to try the local caught seafood. Again, very close to the hotel and on the Pattaya-Naklua Road, there is a night market with great local food. There is also a outdoor Karaoke bar/restaurant if that is your thing. Let's face it, it is most people's thing after a few Changs or Singhas. The hotel is around 7 stories. Each room is large and has a balcony, most with good views of Naklua. There is someone on duty 24 hours a day. All the members of staff are friendly and attentive. If there is an issue with something in your room then usually it is sorted out swiftly. Breakfast is offered but I never tried it as I felt there was so much street food nearby it would be a shame to waste the opportunity. The Sanctuary of Truth is about a 20 minute walk from the hotel or a 5 minute taxi ride. For such a short journey it is worth just getting a moto which is a moto scooter taxi. I always return to this hotel on my visits and I recommend it to my friends who also visit.

The wifi is a bit hit and miss.

I like the hotel staffs because they're so welcoming and friendly and their breakfast is really good. It's a child friendly breakfast especially to those who don't eat spicy foods.

Our room is dripping during the rain, there's no table in the room, so we need to use the fridge as our table, but the balcony is good. The trashcan is so small.

Value for money property in Pattaya. Away from the chaos of South Pattaya. Nice breakfast though repeated both days. Provide free parking for your vehicles. Will help if you have your own vehicle. Room with balcony overlooking the pool. Pook at the front desk very helpful and charming personality. Clean pool and a little fitness center. Will return, if I'm in Pattaya again.

Do something about the vicious alley dogs. The property will turn out nice after renovations complete.

Internet doesnt work properly in rooms. Also staff at reception doesnt have basic mathematical knowledge. I asked them how they can charge service tax on room rent plus vat. It should be on room rent only. But staff started shouting when I asked just to correct the calculation. I backed off as because it was just a difference of few Bahts, but unprofessional behaviour will stay long in my mind.

I'm surprised why people complain for the the price this place can deliver..Great spacious room with all you need. Nice balcony with great views..overall perfect place to stay away from busy centre Just perfect

I wasn't expecting too much, partly due to some bad reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff addressed my issue about the faulty air conditioning, and were polite and professional. I could see how hard the staff are working.

Calm place without any disturbance but air conditioning was very bad and how many ttmes I called the reception not answering my calls and myself fixed it

I like the breakfast very tasty and unlimited

Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a 3 night comfortable stay at the hotel.

The swimming pool is dirty.

The Manager call me before check out on call and no politely and ask to go immediately. Honestly place are good & room ok & air-conditioning great & location ok. Near 7 eleven. Security friendly even can't speak English I would I understand. WiFi no good very low. price are ok for three night.
