Fantastic hotel with an exceptional view! I stayed at family room with sea view, so I awake looking at the beautiful beach everyday. The room also equipped with a bath tub. I can get halal food for dinner everyday just by 5 minutes walk. There are so many massage centers and laundry services around that area. I can just go there by walking. Fantastic location. Definitely will come again!

I am a muslim so i only eat halal food. Although there are options like fries, fruits and salads. Having more options on halal food would be great. And i hope the staff aware that halal means cooking using separate utinsils than non-halal and using only halal ingredients. Other than that, all are awesome!

The room was a good size with big windows and balcony to take in the views. The staff were so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Daily breakfasts were great and often had a drink or two in the restaurant and watched the passing Songkran crowds. The meals were also good value. The location was perfect and so easy to catch a Bahtbus to and from other places.

Bathroom was a little dated but ok. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent hotel, where I have stayed many times. Good standards with a view of the bay and the pool. Excellent daily cleaning and change of towels. The towels are thick, terry, absorb moisture perfectly. Polite attentive staff. Deposit box in the room. Wonderful breakfasts with a large selection of dishes and a wonderful a la carte restaurant. I will return to the same hotel in October. THANK YOU!

the sea view from the Deluxe room and and Superior room was breathtaking. The breakfast was ok but the not the best. You get a nice see view from the breakfast area

the beds in the Deluxe room is very hard. For that reason I will no longer stay at this hotel, unless the Grand deluxe sea view room are available. Beds in this room are better. The views from this room is the best I and closest to the beach

The hotel opens on to a big court yard with trees . The included buffet breakfast was good . Also in excellent position on beach front .

The rooms that face the wall of another building don't have a good outlook . Choose the rooms that face the hotel that looks like a ship .

Great hotel, perfect location right in front of beach, great staff, breakfast was also good. The room was spacious and clean, we had a sea view, beautiful. Have no complains.

Everything was as expected and advertised.

the room was spacious and comfortable with a small balcony to hang wet clothes, lift available to bring suitcases to higher floors, very close to the beach, with parking. Also, I forgot a couple of things when we checked out and the hotel informed me and even though we could not return to pick them up, on my request they very kindly sent those to the last hotel we were staying in during this trip for which I am very grateful.

I like the location and the beach view from my hotel room. I stayed on the top floor executive suite. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Terminal 21

The bathroom need tiles in bath shower area. It look very untidy. The room have unpleasant smell as a result of the a drainage problem and it smells like that in all the rooms. Mabe they should throw some drain cleaner in all the drains when the a customer leaves the hotel room. Beds are a bit hard

Location and pleasant staff, oh and great breakfast.

A little worn. Toilet malfunction. Both are acceptable for price and location. I'll stay again
