Being on the beachfront near Soi 4 made it easy to get to Terminal 21, several sky bars, Art in Paradise, and more. The room was plenty large, and the bed comfortable. I stayed on the backside on the 6th floor. Very quiet even during the evening parties on the beach. Staff were more than accommodating and helped with laundry, renting a motorcycle, and other travel concerns.

The room decor was starting to fade. The wallpaper was slightly peeling in a few places. Minor issues. Nothing to deter another visit.

Excellent Location! Cross the street and you are on beach road already. Soi 6 is a couple of minutes walk. Walking street is just around the corner if you dont mind walking. If not, take a ride for 3 minutes. Friendly staff...specially breakfast staff...they work hard to see a smile on your face. Excellent!

I had the advantage of a discounted rate offered by the hotel and a central, top floor room with a balcony looking over the beach, so my review reflects those factors. The location is great, by the beach and far enough away from Walking Street and the other bar/nightclub areas to escape the noise, and also within walking distance of Terminal 21 and numerous restaurants (including Fat Coco next door, which is recommended). The room was comfortable, the staff friendly and the breakfast simple, but decent. Price might be a factor, in comparison to some of the newer, upmarket places not too far away, but I am happy to recommend.

Excellent location, our room was located towards beach front. Neat & clean and spacious rooms. The hotel is access to the Pattaya beach, you can walk along the beach on the beach and beach road. Access to night clubs, near Hotel Hilton, Hotel Holiday Inn, night bazaar, Indian restaurants, food courts and many more. Recommended to stay in this hotel.

Everything is excellent. Just suggests to put some more tea bags, coffee powder, sugar and milk powder in the room.

The location of the hotel is perfect. 1 minute walk opposite the beach. All local amenities in short walking distance. The staff were fantastic, from receptionists, security guard and cleaning. There's a western union two shops down and a very handy 7/11 convenience store which is open till the early hours. Believe me you will go to 7/11 they sell absolutely everything and it's not expensive either. The hotel does a morning buffet breakfast which is included in the room price, if you prefer it. There is also a gym, I didn't go to. There's also a library for tourists who prefer a bit of quiet time. Air con was always on which kept the room cool when you are out for a few hours. Definitely get the room with Seaview. It might be more expensive but it's worth it. I wish I could've stayed another 4-5 days more.

Only thing that was hit and miss was the shower sometimes had warm water instead of hot. But it wasn't a serious problem.

Friendly staff. Excellent housekeeping everyday. Location is excellent and rooms are a nice size. They also offered some descent tv channels, not offered by the other places we stayed at.

Gym should not be listed as a gym. No parking for motorbike apart from street parking which is very limited. Food was not bad, but very limited as they only make use of hotplates.

The breakfast was free, however it could have been changed up every now and then. I stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks.

Fantastic hotel. Great beds and staff! The only bad thing was the breakfast! The coffee was the worst ever. Not even a fried egg only boild. When I came for breakfast one day at 10.30 the boild eggs where finished and the waitress said they are finished and we don’t bring any other so the only thing left to eat was ham in hot water…

Breakfast is quite good, did not expected anything special since its an American breakfast. Their fruit selection is quite good and their fresh juice is really really goood! The bed and pillows are exceptional. I did not expected much of it coming from the images I saw on booking, little did I know that it was one of the best thing in the hotel. I have a very sensitive smell due to my sinusitis so I would easily figure out if the bed and pillows are not cleaned well....turns out, it was very cleaned and neat! My allergies did not ruin my vacation in Pattaya! I would definitely book again here. Baboona, you are worth every penny!

Just the comfort room, I was a bit annoyed with the noise whenever I take a bath. But overall, the hotel is good!
