Large, clean rooms with comfortable beds and balcony terrace with access to a very clean swimming pool. The buffet breakfasts were adequate although some more healthy options might have been appreciated. Great value, perfect wifi, friendly staff & great location.

Thanks to some uneven paving on the beach strip - I fell and badly bruised my arm causing some bleeding onto the bed-sheets - the reaction upon departure from the cleaning staff & reception was that I was some sort of junkie injecting until I showed them my bruised and battered arm upon which I was allowed to leave - very odd.

Initially I disliked this property. There was a misunderstanding through poor communication, but I paid extra after arrival to sort it out. The rooms are big and cleaned regularly. The price is probably OK for what you get. But what made this place for me was the staff. They are good people who aim to please. Sometimes hotel policy dictates their action but I think the sincerity of the staff is beyond question. Without them the experience would have been a much lesser one. Leave them a tip. They deserve one working as they do in a non ac lobby.

If you don’t specifically book for a pool view, you will be looking at a wall or the front of another hotel. The hotel is in a prime location next to Soi 6 and the beach, but so are many others. All the smaller places are in the same boat. The front of the building has views though these two are obscured somewhat by more distant taller buildings. The swimming pool was out of action the whole time I was there.Didn’t greatly worry me as I rarely swim, but it is a good sized pool and would be a welcome addition. Travelling alone, the breakfast option was expensive for one.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The housekeeping staff maintained cleanliness and was very humble. This was my second stay at the hotel, and it was as great as the prior one in May.

The only drawback was that the rooms did not have any tea / coffee making facility. There was a hot water kettle but no cups or tea /coffee /sugar sachets. Most of the rooms in Pattaya that I have stayed in has it.

Synthetic bedding Pillows too high, too hard Didn't see pool get cleaned in 8 days, so I didn't use, however it looked clean and others did use it. ( I've just had a bad experience with a pool from another hotel previously, so I am very fussy.) This being said I would definitely come back as the bed was comfortable and location and staff excellent and a good standard of cleanliness in the rooms.

The location and the size of the room.

1. The breakfast was very limited. We booked 2 rooms for 3 people, unfortunately one of the rooms didn't come with breakfast, so we paid 200 bht extra per breakfast per person for 3 days but we never take the breakfast. My son tried the food one day, it was not good at all. It would be much better to eat at the restaurants nearby. 2. The room we booked is called pool access, however we cannot access the pool from our room because there is a fence, we have to walk to the corner to reach the pool. It should be named pool view room ground floor instead and of pool access room. 3. There was a kettle but coffee and tea, in addition to coffee cups are not provided.

Good location. It's really close to Soi 6, where lots of the bar scenes.also lots of nice restaurants around. Big plus 3 minutes walk to the beach front Shopping mall terminal 21 only take 10 minutes walk. Great sauna brand new, just renovated. Nice swimming pool(0700-1900) The bathtub was great hot water great water pressure. The staff was super nice and helpful.

Although It is so close to everything you will hear a lot of noise from concerts in every direction during the festival time like Song kran and New year. I do recommend stay away from this area if you want peace and quiet time. With everything else, this hotel is perfect for the Pattaya beach holiday. The view is blocked seeing others room of the other hotel. Little privacy but that came with busy time and vacancy of the hotel. Make sure you asking for better view.

Clean spacious rooms, quiet, even though lots going on around, worth paying extra for pool side, staff always have smile, and the men at F.OH really sound, I always book there now.

Nothing really, maybe breakfast a touch expensive, I'd you have wife and and 2 young adults and 2 children, but I go to either hungry hippo or a place on soi 8 for breakfast 99 baht or 149 baht as opposed to 250 baht for hotel breakfast.

Great apartment friendly and very helpful staff clean and well maintained apartments rooms were very good size very good location and easy walking distance to beach bars and restaurants

Room was very nice but the location was a little bit far from Pattaya centre. I love the breakfast. Hope to see you all next year.

Great location in a quiet road close to the beach. Easy to take the bath bus and shopping center on walking distance. The hotel and rooms where big and clean. The swimming pool was clean and enough beds available. The fitness room was new with good equipment. Great desk for 2 people to work on. The restaurant was only for breakfast, but i never take breakfast anyway. If you are hungry, just order with GRAB. It isn´t a new hotel, but the small renovations are well done.

The beds are very hard. I cleaned the airco filter myself, so the airco worked well.
