4th floor cleaner did an excellent job and internal hotel was very clean and well aired. Plenty of pool towels, clean, etc. Pool is excellent and kept clean. Lighting at night is very attractive

Desk staff could use English lessons! Pool side furniture need replacing with wheeled loungers and thicker mattresses. Each lounger should have a table/chair, towels need to be replaced. Each lounger should have a safe, waterproof charger and WiFi charger set onto the wall with extending cables.. Sun umbrellas need renewing. Pool steps are slippery and dangerous. They all need non slip fixed surfaces. General maintenance to pool and gardens are needed. No room safe

Large pool, huge room with balcony, nice firm bed, friendly cleaning lady. Booked hotel as required quieter area and large pool. Motor Cycle station up on corner, 80 baht to anywhere, bit scary first time, but these guys are all over Pattaya if you cant find a cab.

No breakfast service, however, Most and 711 across the road. Hotel very close to 21st Century Experience, many bars and restaurants in area, breakfast not served before 9am at most.

I always stay in this hotel when visiting Pattaya. It is in a quiet location but easy to reach the nightlife with the baht buses which run every couple of minutes and charge a fixed price 10 baht [about 24p] to anywhere in town. There are many restaurants within a ten minute walking distance some of which have live bands. There is also a quiet beach about 30 mins away

Everything was perfect for me

This hotel is in a great location, and very good value for money. This was our fifth stay and still enjoyed it. It’s in a quieter area, but only 5 mins walk to main areas. There are plenty of bars and restaurants just outside the hotel. If you re thinking of Pattaya it’s well worth a look if you re on a budget.

Big swimming pool. Suite is a good size for family vacation with two balconies. Great location in walking distance to Terminal21 for a quick/cheap bite to eat and Beach front. Helpful Staff. :)

If you stayed here previously for the breakfast buffet, you might be disappointed because it‘s not happening at the moment. Otherwise, all was well and clean.

This Hotel has had its "Hay" day..probably was one of the original big hotels back in the 80's but now its dated... It needs a revamp to bring it in line with the newer modern hotels.

It’s a reasonable price for the needs of us

Room only but everything you needed, cleaning superb, excellent view from balcony, large comfortable bed.

On one occasion we lost the water supply for a few hours , but thats pretty normal in thailand so its no big concern, its just a great value for money hotel that i will defo use again soon
