Absolutely magnificent . Great value for money Had a Garden villa which was excellent and was very quiet Internet was good and strong I stayed 8 nights and could not fault the place All staff were friendly and helpful . At reception Watt ,May and Namtan were excellent The staff at the Poolside bar and restaurant were very good 100 metre walk to Pattaya Nakula Road . Restaurants ,bars 7Elven Tops ,Money exchange ATM Go 200 metres to the right is Dolphin Roundabout , Get Baht Bus for 10 baht all the way down Beach Road . Presss the bell to stop anywhere Will definitely stay here again

TV reception on some channels not working that well . But only a minor distraction

The resort is located in north Pattaya (seemed that it is a very German dominated area) but when entering you don’t realize that you are in this busy town but rather it feels as if you just entered a paradise jungle spot. All houses are build around the main area that has a bar and a very nice pool. Also, there is table tennis and pool Billard available. The room was nicely furnished, the staff was nice and welcoming. So if you are looking for a more quiet and calm spot and if you don’t necessarily want to be in the middle of the hectic & loud Pattaya life then I can highly recommend this place. However, even if you want to experience the „real“ Pattaya close to walking street it’s quite easy to get there either by foot (takes some time) or by taking one of the song thaeo‘s (little open buses that cost just 10 THB/ person) that drive around the Pattaya beach area.

There was nothing that we didn’t like specifically. You just have to bring your own towel for the pool and shampoo as this was not provided as in other locations.

Room was very clean, they respect your privacy, and every morning they delivered, 2 bottles of water and instant coffee. Staff was beyond polite, courteous and always there to help. I had a splendid time, I required peace and quiet and they were able to provide with that and even more. Only thing is that they will probably have to deal with is to replace doors in al the facilities , because they look insecure but other then that everything was perfect. I will definitely go here next year

Entrance doors of the rooms are kind of old. they need replacement. There's no safe deposit in every room you need to use the safe on the reception which is a bit annoying since you have no access to your things 24 hours

I know reading the reviews online you will see people complain about the bats but honestly that is part of nature you cannot get rid of it, for me it added to the experience after all you cannot find a nicer place in all of Pattaya, you feel like you are in a resort not in the middle of the city. The amenities, the staff and the location was very good.

Everything was good

We loved that the bungalows were nestled in a beautiful tropical garden. The pool area and lobby were lovely. The room itself had comfortable beds and good air-con. It was a 2 minute walk to shops and restaurants but felt a million miles away from the hustle. Wang Amat beach was a 15 minute walk away.

We didn't use the pool because even though it didn't look busy the sunbeds all seemed to have been reserved by others from early in the day. The bathroom was very hot and didn't have an extractor fan/ vents. Only a single socket by the beds.

The hotel grounds were delightful. It creates a sense of isolation for the cottages from each other. There are many squirrels and geckos on the premises, yet despite this, it is very quiet and peaceful at night. Within walking distance, there are numerous restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisines. There is even a restaurant with Slavic cuisine on the hotel grounds. If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can relax by the pool. It's a wonderful natural oasis in the midst of a big city.

The pool closes too early in my opinion; I would like to relax in it while looking at the night sky. If you are used to luxury hotels, then this one might not be suitable for you; this hotel is more about tranquil and secluded relaxation. For some, this might be a drawback.

Rooms were clean, good size, fridge available in rooms, house keeping if wanted, safe at the office desk with personal key provided, restaurant, pool side bar/ food and massage facilities available on site, close to major shopping mall Terminal 21 and busy streets of Pattaya. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all spoke English.

Make sure you always have cash on you to pay for massages, room service and tipping

We have stayed here a few times and always love the rooms, location, the pool area and the staff. This time it was my partners birthday and they brought him a cake to celebrate which was so kind and thoughtful!

This time when we arrived it seemed like a new staff member (we hadnt seen her before) checked us in who was quite unfriendly to us and other guests, but everyone else who works there has always been lovely.

i stayed in 3 rooms during my stay in thailand my 1st room was C01 very nice ground floor facing the pool very quiet at night my 2nd stay i was put in a apartment 2nd floor i struggled with my right bad knee i told the staff i was in pain they said as son as 1 of the apartment comes 3 on ground floor they will move me they moved me to C04 at the other ens of the ground floor facing the pool can i say thank you to all the staff they are so nice and friendly once again thank you

Relaxed atmosphere, great location. Staff friendly & happy to help. Pool bar serves good food. Close to central Pattaya & walking distance to the beach. Really good massage facility at the hotel. Built in the middle of trees providing plenty of natural sun protection. Local bat colony can be seen & heard.
