beachfront, sea view, multiple pools, bathtub at the balcony with sea view is the best to enjoy sunset, lobby concierge service, it is not wrong to opt in for their club benefits, wide variety of breakfast and tasty - but repetitive menu, breakfast until 11am is nice, room service menu is delicious, room facilities are on point, shampoo and soap bar are very fragrance smell.

For me is biggest plus that I flew to Thailand early in the morning and they allowed me to check-in 4 hours early without charge. The room was big, clean, every day water, cola, juice, small snacks and all that included in the price. The price may be higher, but the view directly to the sea from the twenty-second floor and even from the bathtub is worth the price. Heavy rain or wind, I didn't hear anything through the windows

Two pools are not enough for such a large hotel when it is fully booked and can be full during a day, but in the morning and evening the main pool was still half empty. Chinese tourists are constantly taking pictures of everything, so they will take pictures of you in the pool, at breakfast..., I would welcome a ban on taking pictures in some parts when are half naked people there, like pools. Welcome drink, blue color, taste like some vegetables, very horrible taste, please change it for some fresh topic fruits :)

The rooms are large and comfortable. The bed is big and comfortable. Two beautiful swimming pools. Close to the city center but offers peace and rest from the hustle and bustle of the city.They offer free transportation every half hour.

The hotel is large and there is always a bit of a crowd at breakfast. Although I am generally very satisfied, I think the hotel does not deserve five stars. On the other hand, its price is not as high as other 5-star hotels. Therefore, I think the service you get for the price is excellent.

I recently stayed at Cape Dara Resort Pattaya from May 7-8, 2024, and ended up extending my stay for an extra night because of how wonderful my experience was. I initially planned to stay for just one night, but the perfect view from my deluxe twin bedroom convinced me to stay longer. The room offered an amazing view of the beach and Pattaya Bay View Point, which was simply breathtaking. The room itself was spacious and comfortable for two people, complete with complimentary mini bar items. The bathroom was well-equipped with both a bathtub and a shower area, and the water pressure was excellent. Aside from the spectacular view from my room, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were standout features of my stay. Everyone, from the front desk team to the cleaning crew and the main restaurant staff, was incredibly accommodating and kind. The view from the main restaurant was also perfect, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Overall, my stay at Cape Dara Resort Pattaya was delightful, and I highly recommend it for its stunning views and exceptional service. I hope to return again, perhaps with an improved breakfast buffet next time!

One minor regret was the breakfast buffet. Despite reading reviews that mentioned a variety of options including smoked salmon, there was none available during my stay. The buffet offered ham, chicken ham, and chicken breast, but I found the selection quite plain and in need of improvement.

What I appreciated the most is the amazing view from every corner of the hotel and its location which located at the heart of North pattaya which surrounded by department stores yet so peaceful and beautiful. Most importantly, the best of all would definitely be the service mind and a sense of place which are the reason why the main guests of the hotel are returning guests because it gave a sense of home: like a palace that you belonged or a dream in your awakening.

Though, as a guest, there is nothing I could have asked for more, as a junior of MUIC, it would be even better to meet the hotel’s owner during my stay.

Good overall experience especially the room, the private beach dinner and floating breakfast. Staff made sure to create a lovely atmosphere for me and my wife!

Honestly the breakfast experience should be improved.. too crowdy and food quality not up to a 5 stars standard.. I even tried the floating breakfast in my private pool but again the food quality vs the price paid didn’t make much sense.. I think the F&B requires a bit of step up.. the rest was amazing

This property’s every corner is beautiful and relaxing! My Two kids loved the playing zone and specially the swimming pools. The corner room’s view is breathtaking beautiful. Staff from the reception , cleaning services and over all everyone was very helpful. The free drop service to many locations were so helpful. Wonderful resort!

The staff from the restaurant was rude , specially the manager guy. My kids won’t be able to eat anything at breakfast and when we wanted to take the food that was in our plate to our room , he behaved very bad. It was about TWO cake and 4-5 piece of watermelon. He said he will send very little portion to the room . But we didn’t get it, as a result kids were crying out of hunger. We called grab food , but it took time. I really wish the restaurant staff would understand the emotions of not wasting food and also the babies were hungry. He was talking to us infront of everyone as if we were there without payment. Very much disheartening. However , we kept silent because we didn’t want to ruin the holiday :(

Fantastic hotel with great breakfast spread at a restaurant with unbelievably beautiful view. The two common infinity pools were incredibly beautiful, especially with the sun setting in the backdrop of the sea. The room is designed to ensure plenty of storage for luggage and the bathroom is exactly what you'd expect from a hotel of this quality. View from the room was also stunning as we could see all of Pattaya and the long Pattaya beach.

Fitness centre opens from 7:00am, which can be a bit late for people who are there for work. I suggest revise the opening time of the fitness centre to 6am to be more inclusive of people who want to use it early in the morning.

Very nice place. Spacious room. Staff extremely friendly. Although hotel was busy room was cleaned while we had breakfast. We arrived early and every effort was made to give us the room earlier. Amazing breakfast. Can’t comment on the rest of the kitchen as only had TomYam, which was perfect for me. 2 good size pools. Enough sun beds. Pool was also open late. Shuttle service to the shopping center is very useful when travel with a young child.

Not property fault, I was expecting a better beach from the description. So we hardly been in the sea.

Pools were fantastic with great sea view. Food and drinks in the Lounge were good.

1) construction piling right next to hotel woke me up each morning. 2) poor customer service - refused to exchange a pair of faulty swimming googles purchased from hotel shop (20 mins after purchase) and was told no exchange after packaging had been removed 3) lighting too dim inside living area of my suite. Half of the sofas section was underneath ceiling panel with no lights installed in the section.
