My family and I recently stayed at BEST WESTERN PLUS NEXEN PATTAYA for 5 days, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water and a variety of pillow options. The hotel's location was good, offering easy access to local attractions as there are means of transportation like tuktuk and bolt. But the best recommendations for the far places you would like to visit is bolt as they are offering friendly prices rather than tuktuk and taxis. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide range of fresh and tasty options. The overall atmosphere was luxurious yet cozy, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Overall, my stay at BEST WESTERN PLUS NEXEN PATTAYA was outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, memorable hotel experience. Cheers!

The hotel is very excellent and deserves five stars and more The entrance is excellent, the corridors are clean, wide and air-conditioned, and the automatic cleaning machine is working for cleaning the corridors. They have accuracy in details, and accuracy in cleanliness. The decorations are very beautiful everywhere, simple, elegant and attractive. The furniture is very classy and excellent in the rooms and everywhere. The beds are strong and the sheets are very clean and wonderful as if they were new... The hotel services are excellent, the buffet is beautiful and varied, and even coffee of all kinds is sweet. Overlooking the pool and indoor and outdoor sessions, I used to eat my varied breakfast and then sit in the outdoor session having coffee with a delicious cinnamon pie in front of the pool without boredom. And we're a grateful to the workers in hotel and in the restaurant, they are characterised by kindness, smile, beautiful greeting and help without comfort, and they come to us to ask us if we need something and offer us what we want quickly and easily, We entered the rooms without waiting for a minute, everything we found is ready and tidy.. Water, tea, and everything we want to reach us immediately.

Great, spacious and well equipped rooms. Sound isolation is decent. Staff is pretty helpful and always smiling. Restaurant in the hotel is decent. Bar even has happy hours. Pool is a good place to chill in the shade off you managed to burn before. Makro nearby, great for local shopping especially before departure. North Pattaya bus terminal is just 10 minutes to walk. Perfect for going to Bangkok or other cities.

TV in the room required you to log in to YouTube each time you switch it on. After some time it started lagging or stopping every few minutes. Announced All Share function didn't work at all unfortunately.

I liked everything

The rooms, staff, how quiet the location was but having enough loud places to visit walking distance away, 7/11 stuck to the hotel is a massive plus, wifi speed was great also and very stable, swimming pool was nice also, and the towels are genuinely one of the better ones ive used in a hotel. Loved my stay and will definitely be staying here again in the near future hopefully.

The wifi kept disconnecting each time the phone screen shuts off which requires you to login again and again, otherwise nothing was bad.

The Hotel is new and a nice place to sleep without noise. The Aircon is verry quiet and the rooms Comfortable. The Staff was friendly but at all didnt care Costumer.

For example, we lay at the Pool have Staff Working at the Bar without any Costumer but noone ask us what we want to drink, we have to ask them! Noone clean the Ashtrees or remive the Trash from others. One Day others was eat MC Donnalds at the pool, but noone come and remove the trash. Not because they bussy, because they lazy.There was enough Staff to do the job!

It is located in a Center of the north Pattaya, which is 30 mins walk or 5 mins motorbike from beach, and terminal 21. The hotel is 3 mins away from 7-eleven and 5mins walk, Thai seafood restaurant called narnia is really delicious. The facilities are worth with fees and all staffs such as receptionist, restaurant staff, cleaning staff are very friendly and gave us a positive energy with smiles and greeting. The best experience of the stay.

Perfect hotel, very nice and friendly staff who even remember you when you visit again. Spacious bed, great tv channels, nice bathroom and good pool. Me and my fiancée really enjoyed their breakfast each day and the croissants are to die for super soft. Location is great to get anywhere you need to in Pattaya. Gym is also great for a hotel gym.

No complaints after staying there 3 times and in 3 months we will be there again.

Everything was exceptional! Friendly and very welcoming staff, great facilities, our room smells fresh, super comfy pillow and bed, every corner was clean, tidy and smells nice even the gym area. They also have a small playroom on second floor. The buffet breakfast was to die for,so make sure not to miss. There is also an 7-11 right beside the hotel entrance.
