Most staff was really friendly except for one time I call front desk and ask for extra pillows and I was told that they didn’t understand what I was saying and hung up on me.Also the pool was nice

Bathroom is run down and towels should be cleaner or replace.It looks old and off white colour almost dirty.Front staff should speak more English.I call from my room to ask for extra pillows but they didn’t understand and hung up on me and I called twice

Breakfast was average and for the price I paid, fair enough. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable, good air-con. Pretty good shower, although, two people using the bathroom at the same time is difficult as the architect put huge bathroom doors in for some reason! Overall, at this price point I would highly recommend this hotel, the following evening I stayed in a price comparable(Chezzotel) for a change of scenery and it wasn't a patch on this place!

For me, what really stood out, was the good bed. At least for me, 100 kgs weight, too often in Thailand the beds are too hard: in this hotel my back got good cure. Beds with good comfort. Value for money was also good for this season. Hanger for clothes on balcony is good for drying clothes etc. This hotel has it, many hotels lack it.

Rooms were spotless clean and the staff were lovely. Only minus would only give you one card for the room, so we left our card in the room in the evening as we like a cold room to sleep, and the staff had to open our door to let us in. If your paying for it you should be able to use it

It's a beautiful property good pool and wonderful people. I will definitely stay there again it's pretty awesome the bedrooms are big they have a big tub in them in the shower is awesome

The location, is close to a 7-eleven and quite quiet to have a goof night sleep

As there are few people at the moment the breakfast options were limited. So same breakfast every day.

Very comfortable room with perfect bed!

The location is a bit off from the action. Choose pool view room to avoid the bus parking and the stray dogs there.

Brand new facility, very good location, very kind and cooperative staff, with the inclusive beakfast, it is really very good value for money.

Excellent Hotel with pleasant interior, calm place to stay and enjoy pool area. Breakfast was delicious with lots of varieties.... Highly recommended to all ...
