Every wish was fullfilled immediately decoration on bef for 45 years wedding anniversary. Was problem with waterbin bathroom. 5 minutes later come to repair. My husband needed emergency ambulance to hospital. Only 5 min later in front of hotel room recommandef the best hospital in pattaya. !!! B fast aleays helpful with opening the doors as it is self service bringing missing items to table clean tablrs frequently

I had to fill up a water bottle with water in the b fast room as i cannot ballance two glasses to tabel ( little shaking!!! One staff told me not to do but did not make any sign to bring two glasses to our tabel. The problem is staff generally do not speak english at all. !!! At reception some staff english ok some staff nothing !! Working in tourisme must. Be in responsible position able to speak English this is for all thailand !!!!

There is no mirror in the room . All the time we have go bathroom but due to hot bath we can’t see our face in the mirror…,,,, mirror and iron box is important., otherwise best place to stay…,, really worth stay. Great location, close to Sai 3 and walking distance to Terminal 21 and Central Marina. Many nice restaurants nearby. Quiet rooms even though the location is central. Nice view from the balcony. Cozy garden with fishes and turtles. Friendly staff. Good breakfast with different thai dishes. Generous space in the rooms.

Facility is old and could really use a renovation. One of our rooms had a smelly bathroom and sometimes smelly AC. The other room had some water leackage in the bathroom, though the staff helped us to fix most of it. The rooms could use a sofa or some more chairs in it.

The Hotel has very friendly staff and are very welcoming. The room was large and cleaned daily the bathroom was also large and nice. The restaurant had a very diverse range of food and the breakfast had plenty of choice and the staff were also very helpful friendly and accommodating.Great pool. The reception was laid out and decorated beautifully and reception staff were very helpful and obliging. All in all it is a very lovely hotel which made our stay excellent and I would recommend Mike Garden Resort and Spa Hotel.

I can't think of anything that detracted from our enjoyment during our stay.

The place is very comfortable. and the food is good. Great pool area, and the staff speaks decent English. The experience is definitely worth the price tag, and the location is very good too. less than 1k away from Terminal 21 and close to the beach coast.

One thing that I can say is there were some repairs being done, and some of the hallways were a bit obstructed, but only on 1 floor, and it really didn't affect my experience at all. Outside of that, everything was perfect.

Customer service was great, from the staff helping us with our luggage, to being greeted with smiles all the time. Room was spacious, and AC was great in the heat. Breakfast had different varieties, like chicken rice porridge, pad Thai, some fruits, eggs. It was enough for us every morning. Pool is nice too!

I only wish we had a chair and table in our room because we only had two beds, so when we ate takeaway in our room, we sat on the floor. There would have been plenty of space for a table too.

Everybody from the staff was nice and handsome, the room was really big, the bad was comfortable, and you can walk from the hotel everywhere easiliy:) The breakfast was very good, and you can choose from a lot of options!:)

Too many people’s from India…I am not a rassist man, but to be honest the differences in the cultures are too big.. But this is not the Hotel’s mistake..

The rooms are big, large pool, even a petting zoo (with two tortoise 🐢 ). The staff are amazing and can help with every request perfectly. The development in this neighbourhood has been significant the last 2 years and there are many restaurant and entertainment options.

The traffic on Third Road, Pattaya is starting to get very busy after 4pm with tour buses everywhere. This is a general comment of the neighbourhood and no fault of the Hotel.

The rooms are big, large pool, even a petting zoo (with two tortoise 🐢 ). The staff are amazing and can help with every request perfectly. The development in this neighbourhood has been significant the last 2 years and there are many restaurant and entertainment options.
