Space and neatness was really good. Breakfast was average. Just what's needed.

The small details in the room needs to be taken care off. The shower head looked really bad, a quick brush off with some soap would have make a great astatic and healthier prospective to the overall experience.

The room and bathroom are spacious. Free 2 bottles of water, tea and coffee every day. The description of the room is correct ( except for the fireplace ), pictures are realistic. Free WiFi is fast. The staff is polite and considerate. Free towels by the pool. The pool is not big, but it is clean and very refreshing. Restaurants, massage parlors and shops (7-eleven) are nearby. Shopping mall Terminal 21 is a 10-minute walk away. It is about a 20-minute walk to the beach. City transport ''Baht Bus'' is a very cheap and fast way of traveling. A small gift from the hotel upon departure is a nice gesture!

The breakfast is ok, but there are very few options and the menu does not change, which is a problem if you are staying longer.

It is so quiet , comfortable and affordable.

Overall not bad, it looks definitely better on the pictures, if you know I will be arriving, you can put aircon on.. I went to hell first time I checked in.. but okay.. balcony was had no chairs or tables, I asked them to get me some but they didn’t..

The staff were exceptionally nice, also I'm a wheel chair user, and all doors were nice and wide, making it easy to move around, also it had plenty of easily accessible parking space

If I do have to mention anything that could be improved, I'd say that the breakfast buffet was a bit boring, very obviously tailored towards Chinese, and the refrigerator was a little bit loud, so we turned it off while we slept.

Could not fault the hotel, staff friendly and courteous, breakfast was sufficient, I had eggs, toast and freshly made pancakes which was plenty. Room comfortable and quiet, pool and area was ideal for a dip and the sun terrace perfect for a read. Price was very reasonable, location was a bit out of the centre but 200 baht in a songthaew and you were sorted.

Pool very cold water, and Sun doesn't hit the pool, hard to enjoy both.

The Hotel location and cleaness is upto standard

The breakfast was horrible compared with my hotels in Thailand. Options very limited Everything has pork, cofee very basic and take setting poor in general the breakfast was waste of time and money.

Very nicely decorated and clean hotel . Very good value for money we paid and a good breakfast choice included also Although not a beach front hotel not that far away from most things tourists look for and plenty of crazy cheap small Baht buses around if needed. As we went in our own car and live locally not something that relevant for us though I guess.

Nothing really and if looking for 5 star standard then pay 5 star prices ! We thought it a decent standard 4 star hotel.

The hotel is away from the busy Pattaya streets and access to the nearest mall (Terminal 21) can be a challenge when traveling with kids. The breakfast is simple and limited with options.

A good value of money would be to improve on the breakfast menu at the hotel and even consider having some local food or change in menu (change in fruits for example).
