I pretty much like everything about the accomodations, sadly I had tried to book on booking.com for 40 days but it wouldn't allow me more than 27 days. So I ended up at a new hotel for the reminder of my stay. Room was very clean and as described.

Cleaning the room was not included in the price, so everytime I wanted new sheets and towels, I had to leave 100 baht for the girls and it's not a lot, but it just rubbed me the wrong way, not a deal breaker however

Convinience to various food areas and 500m walk to the Pattaya Beach. From Airport we took the bus to Pattaya Central (getting off at Motorway) and riding a mini van directly to the hotel. Hotel staff was great.

No breakfast options.

The location is great. The beds are clean and soft. and they provide home room which can host me and my parents.It located at central pattaya road. and it next to a big local supermarket called BigC.

Refrigerator and air conditioner are a little bit noisy. But it is better after pulled off the refrigerator's power supply.

guest in this gem of a guest house where there is an atmosphere of tranquility and familiarity the very nice owner is at your disposal for any requests relating to your stay, a note of merit to the cleaning girl polite and reserved person remember to leave her a tip for the his dedication to work.

The staff were extremely friendly and they assisted me with every request I had. They were very knowledgeable of the surrounding area which helped me navigate my friends. Not only the price is good but the location is perfect for those who like a bit of peace but also convenience.

The hotel is in a central but safe and quiet position, we didn't hear anything during the night The room size was generous, the bed comfy, and the shower hot with good pressure

Some difficulties to communicate with the receptionist, and the room could have been a little cleaner
