This was a pleasant suprise both in value and comfort. We were looking for a clean comfortable place for just one night while passing through Pattaya. We were pleased and would stay here longer. Its one block off Central Pattaya road about 6 blocks from the ocean. Many resataurants in the area. First impression was not overly inviting. The lobby thouigh spacious, was not very tidy. (But clean). Staff speak very little English, but was with my Thai wife. There is no restaurant. The room on the otherhand was very spacious, very clean, and quite attractive. The room itself could be an 8. Be advised that the google driving map is not accurate because a street was closed. Check the location on map yourself, its just off Central, The biggest attraction is the value. For a very reasonable price it is actualy more than you pay for. There is also a pool. Highly reccomended for travelers who want a very good place to stay but are on a tight budget.

For this price-nothing

Everything was perfect for me. Location was excellent, close to all the action yet no noise. I did have a small scare when I thought it was going to take 2 days to wash and dry a handful of clothing items, however, housekeeping sorted it out for me and had it delivered to my room promptly. Definitely re-booking when returning to Pattaya in the future.

I liked the staff they were all helpful and full of fun.I lost 1 of my key cards but all good 1 of the staff found it.

The only complaint I have you don't get the WiFi on the roof.

Big room,big bed, comfortable chairs. House keeping very good. Swimming pool and pool towels.

Road needs resurfacing

Location, cleanliness, room cleaning was excellent, check in and out.

The Royal Wing needs some TLC soon before it falls into disrepair. Redecoration of the public areas mainly then concentrate on the rooms.

The location, friendly staff.

The hot water pressure in the shower was poor. Some cupboards and doors were in need of repair.

Nice spacious room, Excellent Helpful Friendly Staff, Exellent Location, Private Rooftop Pool.

Not Much

Tv channels mostly pointed towards children, Thai language or depressing news about war in Gaza or Ukraine 24hrs per day. Update channels please to be more in tune with visitors from English speaking backgrounds

The room was excellently presented. Such good value

A little refurbishment on the pool area would really help.

3'rd time here, I will come back for sure! Easy to move everywhere by song tau! Even so near to party placees! But queied by night, High recomanded!
