Very nice friendly staff clean hotel room nice pool area with bar

Buffet breakfast is good but need better coffee machine and or coffee pot same as tea pot, every day coffee machine not working, Long line to get coffee. No one see that there was instant coffee, which we end up using Too many Indian men wearing underwear in the pool , even with many signs up saying swimming clothes only or buy swimming costume at pool bar, Indian men still walk and swimming in underwear. I was staying at this hotel with 3 children (2 young girl & 1 boy) Even my 8-year-old boy realise men in underwear, (see penis) It is not for me to tell hotel staff, it is for hotel staff to watch and I force the rules. Hotel staff need to understand Indian men are stupor or disrespectful , and need to enforce the rules. It is unhygienic

I didn’t know the hotel was more suitable for Indian tourists. At times it was a bit intimidating as there was so many. You wouldn’t want to use the swimming pools in the morning as there was so many of them

The room was big with 1 kingsize and 1 normal bet and a nice balcony, the pools were also really nice/big to play and swim in. The location was perfect, 5 min walk to the big Central mall, close to the beach and 7/11s really close and night markets with good food and shopping!

The gym was not good and the pool bar could have a bigger variety of drinks. Also the breakfast only had 1 toaster for breads and it was quite small also, so there was allways a que for using it.

pool had a water slide and was fun for kids room was spacious and beds were clean

bed was a bit loose from wall. it would slide around off the wall when busy, also the air con could be cooler . it was 18c but I get particularly hot so I like 15-16c that’s better for me and hotels do have ice cold air con.. also lots of Indians present and some of which are very rude and push in all the time.. maybe it’s a culture thing also the pool bar is in use then it isn’t .. but plenty of shops local to have beer by pool

Found myself needing accommodation close to Pattaya Memorial Hospital as I had a family member sick there. The Bella was 93 steps away and I went back n forth for a week. Its was perfect for my needs and the staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was a wonderful start each day with lots of options

Decor is a bit old and out of date and the coffee machine was not working properly for a few mornings at breakfast

For superior room there are two variants when you book. One with bath tub and another without it. This time I booked with bathtub seeing the images of that variant but when reached property the reception said that it's only picture and in superior there is no both tub. I had to pay more per day to upgrade. Hotel need to mention all facilities in room and avoid confusion

Everything. The location was perfect everything within walking distance, staff very helpful and friendly. Roof top swimming pool was a little hidden gem and the main swimming pool downstairs is lovely and very well kept. Would definitely return, even booked an extra night to stay. Thanks Grand Bella :)

Nothing to not like

very positive surprise! the pictures looked good, but live the hotel was even better. Big, clean, comfortable rooms, very helpful staff and inner courtyard with pool. Great breakfast. to the beach you have to walk down on a "girl" street, if you are not interested, find another route.
