The rooms were big, air conditioning worked great. Bed was comfortable, cleaning staff was great, enjoyed 2 waters a day. Front desk was great. Overall good experience.

This has more to the clientele, then the staff or the hotel. This hotel caters to the India population. Every day 3 to 5 buses would check in. The men were rude and just not nice. One day at breakfast, I saw men at the table, eating with their hands. Disgusting. I would not recommend this hotel unless you were India residents

Convenient location and walking distance to Central Festibal and Beach Road. Great views of the sea from the room balcony. Bed was comfortable. Lights and air con could be controlled from one control panel ,which was easy when you remembered what the buttons do. Lighting in room was good. Large reception area , and check in was fast. Has a large car park big enough to hold 4 coaches and some underground car park also. There is space for a taxi to wait and the waiting area is offset from the street and private. Breakfast had 2 rooms , two different kinds of food and experiences dependent on your preference. Menu did vary daily in terms of soup offered , hot food dishs and even fruit was rotated, so that kept it interesting.. Room was clean and functional. Staff were great on reception , house keeping and general team.

Would like some newer gym equipment and more free weights. Receotion can get busy when the coaches arrive.

The hotel was a perfect pick for us! The location is near central Pattaya, where you can shop and eat a lot of good food while staying cool. And near the beach if you would like to have a swim. It is also near a pier to koh lan if you would like to visit one of the islands just outside Pattaya. The hotel was clean and had very nice accommodations like a pool with a bar. And a cute little fitness center. The staff was super nice and helpful and if you need a ride to the airport, they would gladly help you out and find a taxi with decent pricing. I would recommend anyone new to Thailand and Pattaya. Just because it’s so central to both nightlife and the beach!

I had a wonderful stay at Sunbeam Hotel Pattaya. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well maintained, with all the comforts needed for a relaxing holiday. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options, and the location is fantastic – close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet peaceful enough to enjoy a restful stay. Overall, a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would highly recommend Sunbeam Hotel Pattaya to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be coming back! 🌴✨

Good location, right in the central area, lots of food options, close bars, 7/11 and a good laundry service nearby used for the 3rd time on our trips to Pattaya. We loved the pool area, the pool itself is pretty cold but we like it that way, it tended to turn a few people off which meant that the pool was never overcrowded. The staff are wonderful, Johnny by the pool is exceptional and the front reception staff very lovely and accommodating. We will arrive

I still rate this place 10/10 mainly due to the staff attentiveness but bathrooms can be hit and miss and don’t have adequate fan circulation (like none). We stayed with family occupying 2 other rooms and we all had to change rooms due to overwhelming drain smells, but the staff were wonderful and had us all changed accordingly and we didn’t have any issue from there on. My sister ended up with a room that had excellent views of the New Years Eve fireworks which was amazing.

Room size was decent larger than average. I was in the adjacent building, so check in was in main building then walk next door. Location was great easy ti get baht bus on both soi2 and beach road with a short walk. Walking distance to central festival. 711,pharmacy, restaurants all nearby. Pool area is nice,has a staffed bar , has shaded areas and relaxing. Breakfast selection was good in a large airy room - good staff there.

Room they need supply a hand towel by the sink as the sink is not in the bathroom with the toilet. For some unknown reason there is a couch and table by the lifts which means certain types of people decide to have their dinner or drinks party in the corridor area by the lifts at 3am, this needs to be removed else you will hear them talking and laughing all hours outside your room. GYM : needs all new machines as non functional,needs more weights.

Nice breakfast, Location near Central Festival Pattaya, Convenient Store (7-11), and the beach. You can walk. I booked the room during the fireworks festival. so, the hotel arranged a shuttle car to pick up at the parking lot. Note: For the Fireworks festival, this hotel has a special dinner, please get in touch with the hotel directly. The location for the Fireworks festival is the best, but please ensure that you are fast enough for the 1st roll :)

Location is very central on the baht bus loop. Short walk to everything I needed.

A lot of Indians with tour buses coming in and out so very busy and noisy at times.

Go location, when I stay in Pattaya, this is the hotel I aim for, I spend the extra and got the big room with the big bath, it’s a very decent room, and the tv was a smart tv aswell

India’s but they gotta stay somewhere, the hotel actually hosts their meals in a different part which is amazing, but they sit in the lobby and if you have a girl they stare and watch
