Firstly the location is very good, just off Beach Road on soi 8. I got a room on the top floor with sea views. The room was plenty big enough for me, nice big bed, good shower, tea and coffee with kettle, balcony with small table and two chairs and the all important air conditioning. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had a slight problem with the aircon one day and someone came to fix it within 40 minutes. You can get your laundry done by leaving it with reception and it comes back the next day for around 260 baht. Cleaners come every day and do an excellent job. Although close to lots of bars, I found it to be fairly quiet regards noise. It is guest friendly.

Not much really, the mattress I found a little hard and the balcony is quite narrow, the light switches can be a little confusing initially.

Amazing location, right in soi8 1 minute to the beach, 1 minute to central, food all around, bars everywhere. Nice big room, aircon is insanely good. Bed was pretty comfortable, TV was average. House keeping do an amazing job, price is pretty reasonable. Staff are friendly. If the shower was better I would say 100% I would come back, still on the list that I would definitely consider though.

Super dim inside the room, a couple of actual down lights would have been good, also having a separate light for the toilet. Shower has no pressure which is a shame because it looks fancy lol. Obviously noise is an issue given the location if you want sleep before 2am.

The location is ideal for the beach which is 1 minute walk away. 3 minutes walk to Central shopping mall with lots of restaurants and bars very close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and I enjoyed staying there. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is great the building can use a facelift and some much needed upgrades to make it a more attractive modern stylish look , bedroom lighting could use a more bright lighting bulbs, the lack of pool and exercise room is a disappointment along with no restaurant are kitchen for breakfast, overall a great hotel for the great value and extremely nice staff second time staying

Staff where great and left you to it. On hand when you need them though. The location was perfect for me, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Perfect for party goers who sleep all morning and stay up all night. Suits the Pattaya night life perfectly. And very central .. short distances to were things happen .. parties, food, beach life.

Me personally will maybe choose a more quiet area next time. I like to party and have fun. But more once a week - not every day. Getting to old and weird for that. Loud music till 2-3 in the night. But if you are a heavy sleeper, then I guess it's okay.

Everything about this property was perfect close to the beach and all the night life.👍...The Shower room was very good. The Bed even better. The rooms and very well kept and super clean. 😄

Love the rooms, nice set out, good comfy beds, hot showers and a balcony if you need some fresh air! Nice breakfast next door, walking distance to most things, i always stay here now. Frontof office is also very helpful and friendly.

the sea view was actually really nice. the room is large, comfortable, and the bathroom is beautiful. will probably stay in this hotel if I visit pattaya again

although the view is nice, half of the view is a decrepit old building. but the other half is really nice, and you can angle yourself comfortably on the bed or couch for a great view

Breakfast was not located at hotel but at location next to it. It was not bad.
