The staff were very friendly, the property was clean. When we had an issue it was resolved straight away without any hassle. The location was fantastic as we were really close to bars, beach, food stalls, markets etc. the bed was so comfortable. The housekeeping was very friendly.

When we changed rooms due to a little issue with the first room. The second was on the same side of the bars, the bars don’t shut until around 3am, so we couldn’t fall sleep at a decent time most nights. But we knew about the location and what it was like before we booked.

The staff were brilliant cleaned room everyday very respectful had no problems with my stay there in February 2023

The bella vista is what us Brits like to call a cheap and cheerful hotel. Some would say its rustic due to only having the bare essentials (old school tube tv , shower , toilet and small fridge) but I say what more do you need?? The hotel staff are more than friendly and cleanliness is a top priority. The double bed provided a comfortable sleep under a reliable air conditioner which was easy to use.

There isn't much that I didn't like about my stay, the only quibble I could think of would be the pressure from the shower which was quite weak in comparison to other hotels and maybe its proximity to the bars as the music and other noises does leak through into the room late at night.

I didn’t have any meals I did not request a quiet room on booking hotel, but with bars all around, bass can be heard till 2.30ish, noise is unavoidable.The hotel was very adequate for my needs, somewhere to shower and put my head, even with the noise from the bars.

The fact the lift broke down the last 4 days of my stay, and the stairs to 3rd floor was killer for me. The shower needs a folding seat for elderly people, and shelf for shampoo, conditioner and sponge, the floor is very slippy for people unsteady on their feet.

Excellent location and very reasonable price to quality. Personel is above average friendly and helpful, that was a bit surprising for Thailand. Bars around are noisy indeed, but as I came to sleep at 2 am and later - it was not a problem) Would gladly come back here some time.

Cool hotel. First of all - location. Near the beach and the entire center of Pattaya. The rooms are clean and comfortable. In terms of price-quality ratio, this is an excellent option. Thanks to all the staff for their attention, help and cleanliness.

Hotel Reception are very very nice very welcoming and so helpful. And always a smile day or night Hotel housekeeping staff are very helpful and do an amazing job cleaning the rooms and hotel always lots of smiles . Everything is perfect Hotel is very clean and safe

No internet connection on 7th floor. I have to come down stairs to reception area to use

The location was spot on close to everything bars beach less than a 5 minute walk rooms little bit old but for the price it was spot on clean

Staying here not first time, very good price/quality and location. Music is loud till 2am, but usually not coming sleep earlier)
