It’s great location, near the shopping just across the street and 5 mins walk down tot he main beach in front of the shopping mall. The staff at breakfast are very professional and super friendly, they are willing to help whenever needed. The selection of food at the breakfast is amazing, The Chef (Khun Golf) always stand by there every min to ensure his guests are enjoy their meal and meet their expectations. My boys loved boiled rice, he had it every morning and other selection that they offered you daily just perfect. We will definitely coming back for sure 😊 Khob Khun Kah.

Some defect in the bed room and cleanliness in the bathroom.

Location was central away from the noise of Beach Road. Staff were excellent. Very attentive. The room was large and comfortable despite its age. Breakfast was ok.ⁿ11

The bed was meant to be a king size. Instead, it was a queen bed with a king single attached. The mattress was soft compared to other beds I have had in Thailand and Cambodia. But it's an old 3 star hotel so my expectations were not high.

Superb place to stay right on the second road by Central Festival Conplex. Porters were exceptional and really look after you very well. Room cleaned daily and staff happy to support in anyway they could. Will stay here again next time in Pattaya. Great little restaurant/ coffee shop attached to hotel too!

Great value for money in the heart of central Pattaya. Shopping centre nearby, 7-11 stores, great public transport to get around, Restaurants, you'd be surprised that you could go to a location nearby without getting a taxi. Staff were great and helpful.

3rd time staying there was very good but we had better rooms last year because they were quiet

No balcony even though we payed more than last year when we had a huge balcony

The breakfast which was buffet Asian hotdogs and tinned ham Could have been a bit more continental but the breakfast was well attended

The location is excellent. Good service, helpfull management. Parking is great. Nice to have coffee in the room.

Halfway the month of march , Xmas decorations could be taken already. Or maybe it is already there for the comung Xmas? Spinrags in the toilet on the first floor.

Dated shower, low bed, and curtains needed to be changed. The hotel has not even 1 iron to borrow, to smooth your clothes. That's a wow.
