Excellent Location right in the heart of central Pattaya ,room was big .bonus of balcony with a decent view ,free bottled water daily ,free coffee n tea with a kettle . 2 bath 2 hand towels , shampoo ,shower gel n soap included .air con worked well. good window for breakfast 0700-1100 ( don't expect food to be replenished @ 1045 hrs like some people did ) massive choice of food hot and cold . more importantly all staff were excellent . from NOISE and co @ breakfast Gift and co @ reception and POJ and co on the cleaning .stayed a month enjoyed every min here. its Guest Friendly and reception very professional in all aspects, with your safety paramount . suitable for families , couples and solo travellers alike .many thanks to everyone

outdoor/rooftop pool on the small side with room for only 9/10 recliners . free towels for pool use included though

Very nice hotel. Good location. 5 minute walk to Beach Road. 24 hour 7-11 across street. Laundry onsite. Despite the things I didn't like, I would recommend this hotel, and I would likely stay there again. (Some staff members should be trained on dealing with customers in a friendly manner.)

1. Staff members behind the desk (check in/check out) were not friendly except one woman. No help at all getting taxi/car. 2. Upon checkout had to wait 10+ minutes to have room checked before getting 500 baht refund. 3. Mini-bar menu not present. I was charged 160 baht for 4 bottles of water. I didn't use the water in the glass bottles. 4. Shower works fine, but the design is terrible. The foor gets flooded everytime the shower is used due to the design.

I booked myself into Sunshine hotel on Soi 8 for one week, I enjoyed my stay so much I ended up stay there for 5 weeks. My solo room was perfect size for what I needed, Water, coffee, creamer and sugar all available to me. Bathroom was nice and my room was kept neat and clean all the time. The reception staff was exceptional, the reception manager and his staff were amazing friendly and very helpful. So were the bell boys and security staff. Then as far as the breakfast buffet was always plentiful and delicious, many dishes to choose from, thank you to all the servers that always kept the dining g room area neat and clean, the sweet ladies making the fried eggs and omelette, always did an amazing job. Then the cleaning ladies always worked hard to keep my room clean and leaving is always beautifully clean. I want to thank all the wonderful Sunshine staff for my amazing experience and stay at the hotel. I look forward to when I see all your friendly faces and amazing work that you do. Thank you again. I wish I could have stayed longer

Large room sea view, beach not far away. Good range of breakfast, changing daily, lady cooking the eggs gave that extra special treatment. Staff all good, room service was quick and good value.

The WiFi would go on and off regularly which caused a problem with the TV when it needed WiFi. Sea view was not the best. Walking to and from the hotel was not great passing all the bars and massage shops with them all asking if you wanted a massage or drinks. Pattaya seems to be taken over by male Indians, the hotel was OK but Pattaya not for me.

Location is good . nearby to many places , however if u dun like noises, it not a good place for u. as it is very noisy at night till wee hours since it nearby to the pubs a tiny 7-11 is just opposite the building , food is nearby , 5mins walk reach to sailor food shop, got massage parlor opposite building , beside 7-11. room size - is just nice for a couple , not too big nor too small , breakfast is international i guess but minimal , however it still acceptable. the staffs - are very friendly ,, alwys greeted with a smile

the bed is very hard . the room is very far from the lift, have to walk 1 whole round in order to reach the lift.

The pools . location excellent. room always tidy and sheets changed every day (thank you Rat) wasn't up in time for breakfast . The staff were helpful and cheerful day and night . thanks to Nat and chon and all the crew . Bell boys respectful and always smiling , highly recommend.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable unfortuneately .I found out too late that i could have requested a topper but i'll know better next time . I did have an issue with noise in my first room with street noise and the aircon motors outside on the veranda because there were several close together ,However as soon as i highlighted to the desk they found me another room which was much quieter and i had no problems after that.

This is my third stay this year. It is really a beautiful hotel with a very excellent location and close to the best lively places in Pattaya and the most famous shops. I encountered a malfunction in the bathroom exhaust fan, but Miss Pattoy was quick to deal with and solve the problem immediately

I do not like the hotel policy of early check-in and late check-out. The staff always do not want to cooperate in this matter and say that all the rooms are full. With all due respect to the Indian community, it is very noisy in the rooms and walking between the corridors of the rooms. Please consider the comfort of the resident

Location was great, near the beached and just beside pattaya central mall. Room was good and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good too for us. i saw some pictures of breakfast from other review. It was exactly same. Staff were really helpful. Even they helped to get a van for my family to go to bangkok as van was not available in bolt apps. There is a 7-11 shop just opposite of hotel and also pharmacy which were very helpful.

If they could provide toothbrush and paste, it would be great as other hotel within this cost, provide brush and paste. Other than that everything was ok.

Love the checking staff was so quick and knew my name in 2 min especially staff member SIA at reception desk very kind and professional always with a smile good amount of different food available ots always my hotel of choice close to everything I didn't visit for over a year so all the staff is new but still keeps employed good new staff stayed for 5 nights from 02nd Oct to 07th and never had any issues well done also to the cleaner on the 12th floor very nice lady onces again thabk you SIA for the super quick check in

Only niggle was the hot water in room 2126 was hard to ajust but didn't complain as it was not too much of a problem

First time staying at this hotel but not the first time in Pattaya and did I wish I had found this place sooner. Great value for what I got and the staff was amazing, they took bags to the room, stored bags before and after arriving and leaving. Breakfast was included and the rooms were a good size for the price. The building seems old but well kept if that makes sense. I was only in town for one day but the location was good, just off the side road to the beach street but still within walking distance to the main strip. I’ll definitely stay here again.
