Location is great, close to the beach and comfortable walking distance to everything you could want. Breakfast was just what I wanted. The room, well we were a cut lunch from the entrance, the pool and furnished very sparcely. And I paid for an upgrade. Heaven knows where we would have been if I had not.

Room furnishings. When you pay for an upgrade you think you will get a special room. Not one half way back to Bangkok. Is the fact that we had a tiny balcony and a view of the pool from the fifth floor considered an upgrade??

The location was very good (between Second Road and Beach Road) and adjacent to central Festival Mall. The hotel fulfilled all my special requests, It is always handy to have a 7/11 store close by and there was one right next door. The staff were very welcoming particularly the doormen, who always gave a friendly greeting.

Complementary tea and coffee were advertised but only coffee was supplied. It is a little old fashioned to have huge key tags and keys to rooms nowadays which need to be handed in to reception. Credit card sized electronic key cards are much more convenient. Breakfast was not the best quality. Eggs should really be cooked to order and cooked meats were generally cold.

Location to bars and beach just 2 minutes walk

Tv not great last 24hr nothing No water on last day either Pool looked cloudy with sand on the bottom No light in bathroom when I arrived but quickly fixed two single beds pushed together hard where they joined I did message the hotel many times for a double bed but no reply best to call the hotel before arrival. No sun around pool after 330pm

Breakfast was good. Pancakes crossants and various other dishes. Nice pool side balcony over looking a decent size pool. Room was good. TV various channels door staff were great. Right next the Milton shopping mall. Close to the beach

WiFi was ropey. WiFi in the lobby was great. They need to remove a different code every 24hrs WiFi is free everywhere anyway Being charged for water when all the other 7 locations In Thailand was free. Apart from that nothibg

nice staff, very good location, near to big mall and beach. We booked a pool side room which was very convenient.

the room not so clean, the smell of cigarettes in the room was very strong, ants crawl across the tables in the dining room.

Staff very helpful , close to Beach ,Bar’s and Night Life .Lots going on around , but no noise can be heard .excellent .

Staff very courteous and nothing was too much trouble for them . Street Food on your doorstep , everything you could want . Lots of restaurants nearby . 7 / 11 at the side of Hotel open 24hrs

A favourite hotel. Fantastic location . The pool is very good and the breakfast equally good.Have been there about 5 times and will return.

Very little I do not like about this Hotel. The Wi Fi does drop out at times. Apart from that I really can not fault this Hotel.
