Perfect location, close to all the action with easy access to both 2nd road and beach road. Large and clean room and great view from the balcony. Smart tv and good fast wifi. Late check in was no problem with keys left with security and payment made the following morning. Cash only and 1000 baht damage deposit which was repaid immediately upon check out. The building has convenience stores, laundry and massage shops on site so very convenient, and central mall is right next door with large supermarket, food court and clothing stores. I will definitely use Pat42 for future trips.

Could do with more utensils(plates, glasses etc), but easy to purchase disposable plates and glasses/cups from Central Mall next door.

I arrived much later than planned but was still able to check- thanks for arranging this for me. I always stay at View Talay 6 for the pool, the amazing location and the views. This room was on the Hilton side but high enough to give me beach views - for the price I can't complain. Speaking of which, prices have certainly risen so shop around as there are at least 6 agents here. Pat42 is certainly value for money. The room was clean and met expectations although it was beginning to show its age with the bathroom having a rotting cupboard from the washing machine and the kitchen utensils a bit old. Loved the mirrors on the wall and the blue lights. Overall, it was a decent room and I extended my stay so I would be happy come again - no pun intended.

I wish the tv had more English channels on Netflix.

Location. Right next door to central shopping centre. Tops supermarket on basement level at Central for all your food needs. Many restaurants in central to choose from, plus several small outlets in VT6

I would have liked more towels to be supplied. did ask, but only received on one day. Shower could be better. pool has no shade

I stayed many times in View Talay 6. It is perfect for couples and nightlight, but probably also for families, because all facilities (e.g. swimming pool) are there and it is right next to a shopping mall. It's generally very quiet inside and the rooms have private owners, so they're all a bit different (as well as big, with optional nice sea view). Small offices at ground floor (which is 3rd floor) manage the rental process and they're all doing a nice job, including Pat 42. Check in is smooth, and so is check out. We had a room that was particularly nice and looked like it had been renewed not too long ago. There are guards downstairs who keep an eye on who walks in and out and assist with the elevators. I think it is well arranged.

sliding doors to the varandah we’re rubbing and hard to close. the tap in the bathroom didn’t work. couldn’t use room fan on high due to it making loud noise sounded like it was going to fall down. and little tiny insects on benches looked like nits so I bought bug spray and sprayed the room. itchy in bed sometimes. swimming pool was big but the water was always to warm.

Large room. Great location, next to a big shopping mall where you could get anything. The balcony is large enough to sit and relax.

It's not something bad but it's something to be aware of. Don't arrive too late because they don't have a 24 front desk. This is a condo not a hotel. However I have to emphasize that I don't have anything problems with it. Just a reminder for fellow travelers.

The security staff, cleaners, elevator attendants very good, shops and massage on 3rd floor, can order food downstairs delivery to room. The pool is big, access beach road through security gates.

The staff were very professional and courteous. The room was excellent and facilities superb. The stay more than.met my expectations.
