It's right in the middle of where you want to be if you like beach, nightlife or both, and it's not noisy inside. Everything on walking distance. Depending whether you are in Sea Me Spring one, two or three (always confusing, but the booking actually says which one you have), the rooms tend to be big and the showers have heating over capacity, something that you rarely get, as it is usually hot weather anyway, but I consider it luxury because you can fill up the bath tub with hot water instead of swimming pool temperature by the time it's full. Parking space is relatively abundant for that location, I never could not park.

The location is great for exploring central Pattaya and beyond. Close to the beach and nightlife and easy access to Walking Street. The staff were polite, friendly, and attentive. Multiple pool and gym facilities are available across the 3 buildings, and the in-house food was delicious. Good room size, comfortable bed and a decent shower. Overall, it is an excellent choice and value for money.

The hotel has three buildings, just off the main beach road, with slightly different names. Their main building ( no 1 ) is called 'Sea Me Spring Hotel' and is noticeably spacious, whether referring to the reception hall or to the bedrooms. It is possible to purchase breakfast in the large reception lobby. A stay in such surroundings for the price asked is value for money. Pattaya´s Walking Street is only twenty minutes walking distance away.

Great stay with family! The location is excellent — just a short walk to the beach and local market. The room was spacious and well-equipped. A comfortable and convenient place to stay. Highly recommended!

The location. In a silent and peacefull Soi, without any loud music. Good hotel with huge rooms compared to other pattaya hotels.

No iron in room. No moisturizer in bathroom. With the kind of amount charged, these are basic room amenities that should be provided as available in other hotels

Quiet street, great location only a short walk to Central Festival. Room service was prompt and always did a nice job. The pool has a really nice view. We could not access wifi in our rooms but as soon as told reception they got the maintenance workers onto it. They could not get it working so immediately changed our rooms to where we had wifi access. We extended our stay an extra night which was easily sorted by staff.

Pillows are super uncomfortable, very lumpy. No balcony views, it just looks at another concrete wall building.

Wifi is unstable. I’ve stayed in other rooms closer to the street with no wifi problems. Away from st wifi cuts out.

Kind staff that helped with early check inn, big rooms and also a pool at the topfloor. Centeal place to stay.

We had 2 rooms and one of the rom was missing little stuff like soap. It was clean but if you looked under the bed,sofa and ventilation fan you could see alot of dust.

The TV was old and small , the swimming pool need to be clean ( I saw some dust and sand under the water ) The house keeping team are very friendly and they doing a good job , but they need to be more focused ( some times they didn't clean the shower area and let it wet ) The bed sheets and towels are old actually .
